I liked the location and the overall property the amenities were cool the pool was really nice

Cons:

Our first room had blood splattered on the curtains and random underwear’s in the restroom, and in every room there is damage everywhere which he had to fill out a sheet making sure we didn’t cause any of the damage which was annoying to do and we had to do it twice because we switched out of our first room because of the blood and multiple stains and underwear in the room. Getting the deposit back was also annoying because it was registered under our first room which we had already been waiting for a while to receive our deposit back after they checked our room, it was a mess overall we didn’t get settled in our room till way after 6, when our check in was at 4. I would stay somewhere else next time if you don’t want a hassle and just want to enjoy your stay right away

Lack of parking space, took over an hour to check in and there was unexpected $300 cash deposit that wasn't written in the hotel accommodations.

el desayuno estaba bien, largas filas, pero habia variedad, habitaciones limpias

Cons:

Todo queda lejos, el personal siempre estaba molesto, incluso groseros (tal vez porque fui en temporada alta y tenian mucho trabajo)
