Wonderful place for work and play.
Pros:

Beautiful location. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Food was excellent at onsite restaurant. Great beach views at the outdoor bar.

Pros:

Room was nice , clean very spacious! Check in was easy .

Cons:

Barrista at the Starbucks located inside was super rude for no reason and so was another lady kn the restaurant they serve breakfast in. The stay would've been perfect but these 2 individuals ruined it.

Cons:

The cleaning lady gave me a hard time to give 2 hand towels. She said “ didn’t they just service your room?” I said “yes but they don’t give me 2 hand towels”. Very rude.

Maintenance stopped by the room to check the shower.
Pros:

I liked that now they have a buffet! For breakfast! Now we can choose what we want for breakfast.

Cons:

The shower in our room did not have cold water, I had to take a warm/hot shower. Got moved on our last night to another room, had gather all our stuff and move.

Location was good
Pros:

The hotel is big and was clean but no valet parking and lot was full on the weekends- and had to park across the street. I would think a hotel with a parking issue would offer valet parking. The room was spacious, the balcony was nice but please be aware music on the weekends goes late and you hear it in the room. (Balcony ocean view) Tried to call the front desk for more towels and no answer so had to go down and ask. The location is great for visiting the Bird Center literally across the street. You could walk, especially if you have to park across the street. The Turtle hospital also close.
