Good overall with the exception of the parking which was an inconvenience.
Pros:

Spacious and well tended. So close to the beach.

Cons:

Parking was very limited and having to park on the overflow which was having to walk quite a distance plus having to cross a very busy intersection to get to it.

Great stay!
Pros:

Stayed 3 nights. I liked the location and most everything was pleasant. Clean building, polite and friendly staff, decent service. The pool was nice and there was easy access to the beach.

Cons:

No basic information was in the room. We had to call multiple times to find out anything.

The primary parking fills up VERY fast which forces everyone into the parking lot across the divided street. Walk is about 5-10 minutes depending on traffic.

We asked for towels (2 adults + 5 kids) and they could only give us 3 at a time because I assume they worry about theft which is super annoying.

There is no drinking water on any floor (AFAIK) except for the bottom floor at a drinking fountain. It does allow you to fill your bottles etc, but this was super inconvenient.

They have a bar and restaurant/bistro but we were unable to get breakfast room service which would be amazing.

A very bad and expensive expensive but this is not the fur
Pros:

Did not get the type of room i paid for. Requested an Ocean view and didn't get it. Instead the hotel staff blamed it on your website and wanted to charge me an extra 150 claiming the hotel manager said I had to pay more because the site was booked in full. Despite of me ordering way in advance. Hotel staff very arrogant no management on staff and place was very dis organized

Wonderful place for work and play.
Pros:

Beautiful location. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Food was excellent at onsite restaurant. Great beach views at the outdoor bar.
