Beautiful hotel on the beach with a good restaurant and bar. Easy access to the beach.
Pool is small with very little space for a really big hotel. The elevator was not working so the hotel only had one working and naturally long queues to get to and from rooms.
Friendly staff, clean rooms. Great ocean view.
That i couldn't stay longer!😎
Everything just the staff t was angry
The staff
Easy access to the beach.
Very clean
Great Breakfast overall, good selection of food and drink.
Better organization of serving line area with clear directions to avoid guest confusion.
Unfortunately, our stay was not what we expected, especially considering the price.
First of all, **parking was a major issue**. There simply was not enough parking available, and we had to drive around several times and wait for someone to leave just to find a space. You would have to be very lucky to find parking at the right time.
One of the **elevators was not working**, which caused long wait times. Several other guests were also waiting for the one working elevator to come up or down, which became quite inconvenient.
Unfortunately, the **noise from the room above us was another major problem**. We could hear people walking and stomping, as well as chairs being moved. The noise was loud enough that we were unable to sleep comfortably throughout the night. If you are a light sleeper, this is definitely something to consider.
The **breakfast was also disappointing** and not what we expected. Some of the food was dry, especially the hash browns. There were no biscuits available on Friday, and the apple juice had very little flavor. The one positive thing about breakfast was the **kitchen staff**. They were very friendly, kind, and welcoming, which we truly appreciated.
I would also recommend reading the **amenities carefully before booking**. The pool water is definitely salt water, as mentioned on the website. If you're hoping to take a break from the beach and enjoy a traditional freshwater pool, this may not be the right choice for you.
Overall, I have stayed at other hotels that were considerably cheaper and had a much better experience. Unfortunately, given the price of this hotel, I expected much more. To say the least, I was very disappointed with our stay, and I would never stay at this hotel again. Looking back, I honestly wish I had chosen a less expensive hotel.

This is our third year coming back in August because all years we had such a great time with Customer Service and service this time was not the bar staff was rude. first Wednesday evening and Thursday was a couple of girls running the bar Louie The girls had an attitude and management was worse. Then Friday night They had a young guy working the bar. He had no customer skills at all honestly, all the staff really spoke Spanish, which is fine. I get it. We’re in the valley, but you can tell people are very thrown off about it, And I think it was because of they were very un attentive Also, how can you work at a hotel with bad customer service? Knowing that the influx is during the summer. I’m really disappointed because I recommended this place to everyone that I know, but not after this week they were a disappointment.
This was my first time staying at this Courtyard on the island, it was a great experience. From three initial greeting to checkout, the team made sure we were well taken care of. At the front desk, Yaya was able to make great recommendations for places to eat, things to do, and where to get delicious coffee. The room was cleaned everyday and was done accurately and quickly. Overall great experience. We'll definitely come back.

This was our 5th time to stay at this hotel since 2020. This was the absolute worst experience. We were unable to park in the hotel parking lot at anytime during our 4 day visit. However, we were still charged $10 a day for parking. Non-guests take over the parking lot and do not have to pay. The hotel parking lot, pool and facilities are overrun with people that are not guests at the hotel. I realize Bar Louie and the beach are public spaces. The signs outside the pool indicate access to the pool requires a hotel wrist band. This was NOT enforced. Signs also indicate no outside coolers or alcoholic beverages past the pool. However, hundreds of non hotel guests park at the hotel, go through the hotel to the beach and pool with all their gear. We were having a drink inside Bar Louie and I went to use the restroom. All stalls were full and the entire bathroom was soaking wet. A group of at least 10 Non-guests were changing into dry clothes. They got water everywhere, left mounds of wet toilet paper on the toilets, left a pile of pool towels on the counter and every single roll of toilet paper was soaking wet. They proceeded to walk through the hotel and out the front door. Non guests used luggage carts to haul their beach gear from the front driveway, all the way to the outside bar to unload and left the carts. My disabled parents could not get one handicap parking spot the entire time because others were parked there without the appropriate handicap credentials. None of the hotels posted signs were enforced and this is now out of hand. Word has obviously traveled far and wide that this hotel has the easiest access to the beach and use of the hotel facilities. None of this was a one day thing. It was consistent for our entire stay We will not be back.
It was clean and tile floors no moldy smell carpets
Elevators not working , long distance parking , no valet , construction while we stayed there
Great place to stay. Love to size of the room. Bet the pullout couch bed suck...smh
The breakfasts wasn't that good. They could've had better options.
It was awful no meat for breakfast choices mainly scrambled eggs and potatoes
Breakfast, no extra towels… parking across the street
Restaurant was fully operational and service was perfect. We watched the Word Cup finals at the restaurant. Great experience.
We usually stay at the Courtyard. This time, being high season, the hotel was fully booked… and two of the four elevators where broken. This was extremely inconvenient. Restaurant was fully operational and service was perfect. Room was clean… the shower shampoo and body was containers were empty.
