The stay was very good. Only negative was the heat that is controlled by the wall thermostat did nothing to warm up the

Convenient location.

Cons:

Nice location. Decent price for the area. The onsite restaurant was a plus. Breakfast was good. Although it was pretty much the same every day we were there. We were there for three nights.

Ok for a short stay, better maintenance would certainly have improved our stay.
Pros:

Close to Agawa Tour Train Station.
Close to restaurants.

Cons:

Rooms need better maintenance, we had to put coffee cup lids under front legs of dresser to keep drawers closed, tripping hazard.
Drapes had been washed but not ironed, looked messy.
Peeling wallpaper in several areas.

Just ok…would probably book at another hotel unless some major upgrades get done.
Pros:

The breakfast was good..

Cons:

The hotel is in much need of upgrades to all the rooms and hall carpets. It was very run down and we were not expecting that.
However the staff was very courteous and friendly.

住宿客房让客人整夜无法入睡，无语

我们提前几十天预订的房间，入住第一天居然安置在紧邻设备间的客房，隔壁设备的高分贝噪音整夜不停，用来遮挡的薄板都可以感觉到震动。老旧的取暖设备频繁启动，更是叠加剧烈噪音。因入住较晚已无房可以调换，且早起不能变动时间，一夜无眠。虽然第二天调整了房间，但我仍然对酒店继续为客人提供如此低劣品质的客房感到震惊！

It was a great place to stay to enjoy a great weekend in the sault. See you next time!
Pros:

The staff was excellent - helpful and courteous. The parking was underground, but easy to navigate and well lit. I rarely do not get creeped out in underground parking, but this setup worked well.

Cons:

The décor is very dated. I appreciate the cost involved, but it is decades old. A facelift would really help to re invigorate the rooms and halls.

Pros:

The plumbing did not work right. The breakfast was not available as there were about 100 people in line to get food and no place to set down to eat once we got to the food. Overall and old run down hotel.
