Cons:

A nuestra llegada no funcionaba el spa , la piscina con agua fría sin funcionar. No tuvimos agua el segundo día de nuestra estancia en todo el hotel , la gestión fue nefasta y no se nos permitió ni cambiarnos a otro hotel ni reembolsarnos las noches que no disfrutamos para irnos a otro hotel con un servicio mínimo como es el agua, teniendo en cuenta que este hotel tiene otorgadas 5 estrellas deberían de quitarle 3 !!!.

Cons:

Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação em relação à estadia. Não tivemos nenhuma alternativa ou proposta de alteração por parte do hotel, mesmo sabendo da péssima previsão do tempo, que acabou se confirmando durante todo o período. Choveu continuamente e houve muita névoa todos os dias, o que impossibilitou completamente a prática de esqui, que era o principal objetivo da viagem.

Além disso, não foi possível obter nenhum tipo de reembolso, e acabei deixando o hotel um dia antes do término da minha estadia, pois não havia atividades a serem realizadas no local diante das condições climáticas.

-Spa / piscine payant dommage pour un 5 étoiles.
- Le personnel ne connaît pas la station ni les pistes , donc n'aide donc pas beaucoup en cas de besoin.
- parking extérieur payant.
- service snack/ bar, lent et peu aimable.

Cuidado hasta el mínimo detalle, lo mejor del alojamiento eran los desayunos y las cenas. Pero ante todo habría que destacar la atención y la amabilidad del personal

La atención de Andres fue pésima, lo llamamos aproximanadamentw diez veces por que la ubicación del mapa no correspondía, después de dos horas de dar vueltas nos atascamos en la nieve y nunca quiso ayudarnos ni mandar a la camioneta del hotel por nuestras maletas, al final llegamos a la entrada y nunca nos informo que teníamos que mover el auto de donde se había atascado para que no se lo llevara la grúa, más de diez veces le comentamos que estábamos en una plaza donde había un estacionamiento y al dia siguiente nos dimos cuenta que era el punto en donde el hotel dejaba a los huéspedes que iban a esquiar, nos ocasionó muchos problemas y todo el tiempo que llamamos dijo que no podía ayudarnos en nada. Por ese detalle no pongo 5 estrellas. Adicional a eso la nevera de la habitación no servía y jamas nos dieron opciones para cena a pesar de tener el conocimiento de todas las vueltas que tuvimos que dar en la nieve para llegar al lugar. Al final nos quedamos sin cenar, sin nevera, con la camioneta en una grúa y con multa. Sería bueno que el tipo no trabajar más ahi, pues desentona con el costo del hotel y el servicio de los demás.
