El desayuno, su horario, su necesidad de cobrarte por extras, las camas, el calor de las habitaciones, el servicio y calidad en cafetería o bar.
Great location and nice reception rooms - bar / lounge area was very comfortable. Food quality was good. Gin and tonics very good!
Given the cost of the rooms and that the hotel was far from at capacity we were very disappointed that when there were problems with 2 of the rooms that these were not addressed straight away with offers of a room change. We booked 4 rooms for the night (we were given 2 on the first floor and 2 on second floor) and in 2 of the rooms there was a failure of the shower water temperature - sudden changes from dangerously hot to very cold. This was reported immediately, before we went into dinner. Hotel looked at the issue but did not fix the problem and only after breakfast the next day did we receive an email offering use of showers in other rooms.
Too little too late.
Furthermore I opted to have dinner included but was not told this would be a buffet. Would not have opted for this if I’d known.
The next morning in order that we could sit together we were placed in a draughty separated area of the restaurant. Asked to be moved into the main restaurant; which was accommodated. Just seemed thoughtless to have placed us where they did given the restaurant was far from at capacity!
Given the problems with the hot water , which was reported and then discussed the next morning, it was strange that no goodwill gesture was offered on checkout.
We had to leave very abruptly the next day due to the threat of being snowed in. The resort itself was closed due to high winds and severe snow conditions
This was meant to be a special occasion, a 50th birthday celebration with friends. The weather made for a disappointing trip, obviously beyond anyone’s control, and the hotel did not live up to expectations

Habitacion espaciosa, aunque muy obscura. Buenos desayunos para comenzar el dia de ski. Muy buenas vistas de la Sierra.
La ubicación no es buena, pues al menos en la época que fui no era ski-in ski-out y hay que tomar el transfer del hotel o un remonte para hacer cualquier cosa. Mejor quedarse en el pueblo.
Te cobran extra por muchas cosas como el estacionamiento a 30Eur y si quieres bañarte, tienes que pagar para las zonas húmedas del spa.
La propidad esta más o menos bien mantenida pero ya se quedó en otra época.
El servicio no estuvo a la altura de un 5 estrellas
