Excellent Stay
Pros:

We booked in last minute at this hotel after a flight delay and had an excellent experience! The shuttle drivers to the hotel and back to the airport the next morning were very professional and helpful! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Toilet wouldn’t flush and the shower head constantly dripped water onto the metal drain cover underneath. It was very loud when trying to sleep with a 3am wake up.

When weather caused a meltdown at DFW on Friday, June 12, with hundreds of cancelations, the staff at this hotel went above and beyond to create comfort out of chaos. It was nearly midnight when I knew my connecting flight was not going to happen. I was so lucky to be taken care of by the front-desk agent on duty that night when all hotel rooms in the area were disappearing as quickly as I would try to book one. My Platinum-level welcome gift contained high-quality snacks that I appreciated throughout my journey the next day. The shuttle driver that night was also outstanding; DFW has many dropoff points, and he had hoards of customers to deal with. He kept it organized and professional. Thanks to this dynamic duo of driver and desk agent, I got a great night's sleep in the middle of a terrible trip. The room was immaculate and comfortable, with A/C as cold as I wanted it to be. Perfect way to recharge. Thank you!
