Als je geen hoge eisen stelt aan comfort, maar locatie belangrijk vindt, is dit hotel een aanrader.

Cons:

Het matras lag op een houten plank, zeer hard en oncomfortabel. Kamer werd 1 dag niet opgeruimd. Om 9:30 uur waren bij het ontbijt sommige dingen al uitverkocht.

Endroit très agréable
Pros:

Excellent accueil, personnes souciantes et professionnelles. Le verre de bienvenue est très appréciable.
Excellente literie. L’espace de la chambre est agréable, un petit plus pour le côté japonisant des portes donnant à la salle de bain.

Cons:

Pas de poignet pour ouvrir le robinet.
Une lampe de chevet ne fonctionnait pas.

L'accueil par le personnel, chambre spacieuse, calme et confortable, déco moderne, petit déjeuner, proximité des restaurants, de la gare, du cœur de ville et des monuments à visiter

Sympathique.
Pros:

L’ambiance et le principe industriel et moderne de l’établissement.

Cons:

Le manque d’intimité dans la salle de bain. Porte coolissante verre opaque d’où l’on devine tout, les toilettes marchaient mal ainsi que le système d’évacuation du lavabo.

Toller Aufenthalt, wenn Lille, dann wieder hier
Pros:

Super schöne Ausstattung. Wir sind mit einem kleinen Hund gereist und das war alles sehr unkompliziert, konnten ihn sogar mit zum Frühstück nehmen.

Centraal gelegen, praktisch, maar wel basic.
Pros:

Goede locatie om Lille te voet te bezoeken.
Kamer en algemene ruimten waren heel proper en praktisch.
Parkeergarage aanwezig.

Cons:

Hard oncomfortabel bed
Er was een trouwfeest in het hotel waarvan we geluidshinder hebben gehad op de kamer.
Medewerker check in was moeilijk verstaanbaar en begrijpbaar. Check in balie is vanuit klantenperspectief ongelukkig ingericht.
Ontbijt is uitgebreid maar van basic kwaliteit.
