Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient. The cleanliness throughout the property was impressive and well maintained.
What truly made our stay special was the staff. From Aswaini at the Front Office to Vishnu and Abin in the F&B team, everyone was extremely courteous and attentive to our requests. A special mention to Vishnu, who was always one step ahead and ensured that everything was taken care of seamlessly.
Their hospitality and professionalism made our experience truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Honestly, there wasn’t anything significant to dislike. Any minor areas for improvement were easily overshadowed by the excellent service and hospitality.

Excellent stay and super ambience and service
Pros:

Excellent ambience and superb rooms, really didn't expect this quality in a small town like Thrissur. Food is very good, choice of food offered in the buffet was excellent and unique, much different from the usual buffet spread. Staff courtesy and service was very good. Spa was also extremely clean and the masseur was good.

The stay was pleasant and comfortable, and we slept well after a long, tiring trip to Athirappilly.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The restaurant was ideally placed at the entrance itself. One can't miss it. And the staff too were too polite and helping.

Cons:

Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options. However, the area where the dishes were arranged felt quite cramped. The space was insufficient, and spreading it out more would have made it more convenient, especially during busy times with more guests.
