Horrible!! Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Shouldn’t be ashamed and should close your doors for good. Clown
Pros:

Only the Black Gentlemen who checked up in was nice and courteous. The rest of the hotel ia a shit hole!!! No tv channels in room unless you pay for it. A joke!! No ice machines anywhere but first floor. Will never book another room ever at a tru hotel.

Cons:

It was a trash hotel.
What kind of hotel have you pay for tv channels. Cheap ass owner that’s who!!! Sat in a quiet room all last night bc of that reason.

Joke!! Will never book another other room ever with Tru and hopefully my review will cause people to see this and not boom as well.

The location was great but it was Not what I was looking for.
Pros:

Location to the Airport is outstanding.

Cons:

When we arrived in the evening, there were people & kids All over the lobby.
I felt like we had gone to a Disney world Hotel. Not what we were looking for.

Great stay in a friendly spotless hotel
Pros:

The place was absolutely spotless. Looked great, and it was staffed with the friendliest people! I also liked it was tucked back off the highway in a nice wooded area.

To minimalistic. No carpeting to absorb the sounds from other rooms… I suggest getting a top floor room to avoid hearing loud footsteps from above

The housekkeping was poor enough I'd like my almost $200 room charge refunded!
Pros:

Location was exceptional! Quiet even though it was next to the airport. Building well designed.

Cons:

Housekeeping was poor with food crumbs on the hallway floor when we checked in at 3pm and still there the next morning. Bedding was extremely wrinkled giving them an unlaundered appearance.
