they have a nice heated pool very clean facilities

Cons:

during the boil water advisory it was just an excuse to be lazy there were so many things that could have been done to provide coffee different things like that! I had to go up to the Hilton up in front where they had coffee just fine! where I had some great laughs with Linda the director of sales very down to earth! 😀

Bugs crawling in and hair left in shower from last guest. Tissue box was empty. Tv remote didn’t work consistently. no coffee pot in room

Just what I needed... Plus super friendly staff!
Pros:

I needed a place just for an overnight to catch an early morning flight. Tru was very convenient, it was just what I needed -- really nice hot shower, cozy bed with cozy pillows and a decent TV. I wasn't looking for anything luxurious or plush... just a safe good place. It was exactly that. It was clean, had everything I needed, and the staff was very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Thank you for a great, newly designed hotel! It is very COMFY!
Also, it is close to the Airport, and the hotel has a shuttle that will pick you up, just call! We needed to pick ourselves up when we returned the rental car, and, then at 5 am next morning we needed to go back to Airport for an early flight... we just asked - the hotel representative said: "- sure, will have a shuttle ready, no problem, you are just going to miss the breakfast,, but coffee is always ready... Still, by 5 am, we could get not just coffee, but also fruits. It was very nice of them to think about us... Thank you very much to the Whole CREW!!!! We appreciate you very much!!!!
