Overall, I don’t think I’d be back due to the discomfort we faced during our stay. The pros did not outweigh the cons.
Pros:

The AC Hotel was in a good location, very central to the hot spots in DC and Arlington, VA. The food at the lounge on our arrival day was good. The hotel was very clean.

Cons:

I didn’t like that upon arrival when asked for water, the receptionist told us there were complementary bottles in our room and when we went upstairs it was two tiny 8oz bottles. I feel like after a long day of travel a full bottle should be complimentary or even to suggest that there was a lemon water dispenser in the side but she did not offer and we didn’t see until we were checking out. Our room was freezing cold and when maintenance was sent up he said he’s come back in 10 mins and never came back. After hours of complaining a space heater was bought up to our room since the climate could not be adjusted. On top of the discomfort of the room being cold, the bed and sheets were hard and uncomfortable. On our second night of our stay we ordered from the AC lounge and our steak was way over cooked and inedible to the point that our jaws were hurting.

A nice place to stay with friendly staff and yummy food!

On a scale of 1-10 I would say it’s a strong 5 for me.
Pros:

The Hotel was nice, employees were nice and helpful for the most part.

Cons:

We were in Washington for our 22nd wedding anniversary, when we checked in we noticed that our room was cold so we turned the heat up and left the room to get out to celebrate. Upon our return the room was still cold and the number on the box was blinking. I called the front desk and nobody came. We waited a little longer and then my husband called, nobody came. So he went to the front desk to inquire about a room change, the response was we are working on it. About 30 minutes later we get a knock on the door, someone with 2 blankets and a heater. No apologies for the inconvenience or anything. We spent too much money for the treatment that we received.

Prima comfortabel hotel.
Pros:

Fijne kamers en bedden. Heel aardig personeel. Uitstekende locatie.

Cons:

Het uitzicht uit onze kamer.
Het dakterras dat twee dagen achtereen gesloten was voor hotelgasten. Het was voor ons de reden om voor dit hotel te kiezen.
