Wasn’t to par with the other Marriott’s o have stayed at. Staff was nice but my posive review stops there

Location. Lobby

Cons:

Blankets. Damp feeling in room. Rooftop only for events. Expensive drinks at bar. Very small room. Ice makers were broken. Pillows too soft.

Cons:

They accidentally processed the incidentals amount for two rooms twice on my credit card, which withdrew 600 dolars from my account. Then they made another mistake which made them return only 28 dollars, instead of 572. I called 14 times and it took 4 separate corrections on the incidentals until they finally understood what was happening and not a single apology was issued. Ridiculous.
