Lovely hotel and beautiful location great food and attentive chefs coming out checking the food and presentation. Can’t fault it at all really pleased we went.
Just returned from a 10 day break , The trip was a good experience , the room in the Zensation area was clean and spacious ,The food was a much improved from our previous time although a few chipped plates etc could be renewed .The shower was a bit hit and miss with cold to hot water but it certainly woke you up in the morning .
The staff were helpful and friendly , A special shout out to the ents team Gino and Vesna, we certainly was entertained , but please extend the time in the evening 11.15 shutdown was to early , If the act goes on past 10.30 it only leaves 30 mins to play music or as in our case a bit of kareoke, Generally a good experience .
On arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly team. We were checked swiftly, luckily our room was ready. The room number 3105 was a great location for us as the balcony had a view over the main pool area so there was always something to watch going on. Bear in mind though that part of the building doesn’t get any sun in March until about 3 pm .We booked a suite in the Zensation block as this allowed us to access the rooftop pool and terraces. There were plenty of sun lounges, could potentially do with more parasols but we managed fine. My one complaint was apparent immediately on entering the room that the pillows were terrible, so I called reception asked for better pillows and someone brought up before bed that night, unfortunately the pillows were a bit smelly and the bedding not great quality, everything else about the room was great, although not really a suite as I would expect, it was just a bedroom with a sofa in it no separate area, but that was okay for the week. As I am in an early riser, I prefer a separate area I could get up and go and read therefore not disturbing my husband.
The food in the buffet restaurant was absolutely outstanding. The choice and the freshness was phenomenal.. by far the best buffet restaurant food we have ever experienced. Our booking was “half board plus “ so breakfast and evening meal which included soft drinks, beer or wine.
As part of the holiday you get to use the à la carte restaurant once during a week which we were really looking forward to but in our opinion it wasn’t as good as the buffet restaurant, there wasn’t the choice and although we got served with our steak which by the way was dreadful, you still had to get up and get everything else yourself so not really much different to the buffet restaurant.
We would definitely stay in this hotel again and would like to see if they have what is considered a proper suite.
The whole experience was great for me it was absolutely great
Will definitely go to this hotel again
Had the best experience from the day we got here. The staff are all amazing and the entertainment at the hotel is hilarious. You have the lovely Gino, who is just fantastic and a new lady who had started the week we came here, she is also so amazing and funny. We had an issue with our shower and told reception, this was sorted the same day so cannot fault at all. The food is good with a large variety and the drinks are amazing with a good selection of cocktails. The weather did end up being a little wet but the staff were sure to keep us entertained. Would 10000% return again!!!
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was spot on. Staff were brilliant, cleanliness was impeccable, the room a Junior suite had Everything we needed and more. There wasn't anything that didn't meet our expectations, thank you.
Lovely hotel nice and clean rooms are amazing excellent pool area plenty of sun beds , Gino the entertainment guy is amazing, we have joined in most of the games which we don’t normally do keep up the good work every one , also the reception staff are very helpful and polite
Fantastic hotel, great staff. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
It is located on the edge of Corralejo, about a 15 min walk to the main shopping and eating areas, but there are shops and cafes just round the corner.
We arrived too late for dinner, but they gave us a wee packed meal of bottled water crisps and a cake. Bar was still open so managed a nightcap before bed.
Room was spacious, we went for the junior suite in the Zensation block and had a terrace. be aware though that the sun only covers it from about 1400 onwards though maybe a bit earlier as the summer comes in. Plenty of storage space in the room, Kettle and coffee, tea milk and sugar. Mini fridge with some cans of beer and soft drinks and water, be aware only the water is replaced daily for free, any more you request and pay for. This upgrade also gave us the all-inclusive plus pass (gold wristband) which means premium (but not all) drinks e.g. Smirnoff vodka, Johnny Walker and J&B whiskies are ok but you still have to pay extra for the higher end drinks like Jack Daniels, Grey Goose etc. The room also came with Bath robes and slippers. Might be a good idea if they offered larger bathrobes as I am a reasonably larger guy and it was too small for me. I didn’t lose sleep over it though.
Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner was as good as if not better than any other all-inclusive hotel I have been to. Always something there that I liked, there is a microwave tucked away if your food isn’t hot enough. Plenty breads and desserts as well.
The A la carte restaurant was good too, though not exactly a la carte as you get your own starter, sides and dessert from buffet counter within the restaurant, they serve you only the main part of the main course, i.e. your steak, fish or pasta and sauce. They also serve your drinks at the table, either paid for or included if you are all inclusive.
The pools were all freezing when we went as there was no sun for the first 4 days, well, you're never guaranteed the weather at that time of year.
We didn’t use the spa as it’s not really our thing but others we spoke to were impressed.
Also cannot comment on the entertainment as we did not participate.
All in all, would definitely recommend this hotel.
What a great hotel . I’d read the reviews beforehand pleased to say they lived up to the positive ones, all good!
Hotel spotless, rooms well looked after and clean. We had a superior suite with a separate sofa and TV in one area, twin beds another. Two balconies, one overlooking the pool.
Hotel was so peaceful. Gino the entertainment guy was fantastic! Kept the adults entertained, kids more so!
Food was fab. Fresh and plenty of healthy variety. We agree that we didn’t care so much for the al a carte restaurant as the steak was fatty, but my pasta there was good. The white wine was too sweet for me and no other choices, even to pay :-(
Short walk to some shops, sports bar and market. The way to the main strip is left at the roundabout and straight on. We went through the apartments first time towards the beach but the paths were not suitable for a mobility scooter, so avoid if you’ve mobility issues. Our coach transfer was so long with Jet2 and 2 hours, although a small area the route was round in circles and we passed our hotel road many times.. I’d recommend a private transfer in.
Just returned after 4 nights at this beautiful hotel and wished we had booked for a longer stay. The staff work so hard to make sure everyone has a relaxing holiday. The Zensation restaurant was lovely, food and service was great. The buffet restaurant was what buffets are always about. Plenty of choice and the food was hot. I like the idea of the all inclusive band also being your room key. When I return I will request a ground floor room, pool facing, because we will return. Great wee walk 5 minutes from the hotel where there are plenty shops/bars/restaurants and a further 15 minutes stroll and you are into the main street where it is full of shops/bars/restaurants and only 4 euros for a taxi back to the hote.
Perfect location with shops nearby, lovely walk along the beach to the main strip with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. I am here at the moment for my birthday, a bottle of champagne had been placed in my room and the housekeeper knocked on my room in the evening to wish me happy birthday and gave me chocolates, so thoughtful. Rooms and all areas are kept spotless, there is no rushing for sun-beds everyday although there are always the usual who place their towels out at silly o’clock in the mornings and not returning until later in the day. I have stayed here before the refurbishment 7 years ago, it’s now even lovelier. I will definitely return as this is an ideal location and fab staff.
Comodo y facil aparcar
La comida muy buena y variedad
Frio en la piscina, no tiene agua caliente
Room was excellent, it had a seperate small lounge area and seperate bedroom, à large shower with 2 powerful shower heads and a further separate toilet and sink, fridge and tea & coffee sachets with kettle and 2 balconies. Very clean and lovely modern decor. Staff including cleaners all friendly. The food in the buffet restaurant wasn’t quite up to 4 star standard, however food & service in the à la carte restaurant was lovely. We were half board and you could have wine, beer or soft drinks with your evening meal which was worth while. Pool area is nice and clean with plenty of sun beds. Overall nice hotel, however Jandia area in the south of the island is our preferred area for beaches and walks.
The room was nice and clean & looked exactly like the pictures. The terrace was spacious and the view from it was beautiful. The food was okay; I enjoyed the food more at their a la carte restaurant. The staff were polite; the entertainment needs more work. The hotel is very close to a park, shops, restaurants etc. which was great. The place was quiet even with children around; it was peaceful, especially at night.
Last minute booking and didn’t disappoint, smooth check in, great size room with 2 balconies with the rear balcony being a nice little sun trap to escape the wind around the pool. Couldn’t fault the restaurant with a good selection of food every day and didn’t feel the need to eat out as we have done in the past. All staff we encountered were great without exception. We couldn’t comment on the entertainment as we went out most evenings, as there is something in most directions. We would definitely come back when we are in Fuerteventura again.
Chose this hotel mainly from good reviews but it didn't live up to expectations.
Room and pool area were quite nice, food ok but nothing special and evening entertainment was dire!
We’ve just returned from an amazing stay at the Playa Park Zensation and I honestly can’t recommend it enough.
From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, the staff were absolutely brilliant – friendly, welcoming and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
Our room was fantastic. I’ll admit I had a slight reservation when I realised it was on the ground floor… but how wrong was I! It turned out to be one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. It was incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The beds were so comfortable we slept amazingly every night, and the bathroom was excellent with a really modern feel.
There were also some lovely added touches that made the stay even better – complimentary tea, coffee, water and even beer in the fridge.
The whole hotel has a really relaxed but atmosphere. The pools and surrounding areas are kept immaculate and there are plenty of places to relax in the sun. The food was great with lots of choice, and again the staff in the restaurant were just as lovely and attentive.
Overall this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s clear the team take great pride in what they do and it really shows. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would happily recommend Playa Park Zensation to anyone visiting Corralejo.
Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
We were in the Zen building .Rooms serviced every day . Great location only a very short walk to nearest bars cafes and craft market or the board walk to the high street or beaches.Main pools were cold but there was one smaller heated on warm enough to swim every day .Food was good and varied daily being regularly topped up during service . The staff were all friendly and smiling . All round recomended
Came here for 11 days recently and had a lovely room in the Zensation block.Exceptionally clean with all the amenities that we needed. The best shower and water pressure we have had on our many visits to the area.Towels good but bedding and quilts average as were polyester seersucker and not comfortable to sleep under.Fresh bedding only once during our stay.
Reception staff friendly and efficient and hotel not too big.
Pool area nice but water very cold in February and no problem getting a sunbed if you needed one.
Weren't really about during the day so cannot comment on daytime activities although there was always a show in the evening for an hour which was varied and mostly good fun.
We booked half board and drinks were reasonable prices .A bonus that you could get complimentary wine beer , sangria and soft drinks with your meal.
The breakfast tea and coffee were poor .
The quality of the food and selection was good but sometimes not too hot in the evening Unfortunately there was a fly problem and the food could do with being better covered or some sorting of the problem would be an improvement to the buffet
Some restaurant staff were better than others although some direction was needed in staff training as many just seemed to go from one area to another and not doing too much work.Sometimes not very customer focussed or particularly friendly as was the case in the a la carte restaurant and the bar by where there was one member of staff who was quite rude and dismissive..There was definitely a hierarchy as it was obvious that the newer and younger staff members were intimidated by this person.
The position of the hotel wasn't on the main strip but only 15 mins walk but near to a supermarket and smallish shopping centre where there was plenty of restaurants shops and a bi weekly craft market.
If you had a hire car there was plenty of parking nearby.
As we have been to Corralejo over 20 times and it was our first visit to this hotel it is value for money and has it's pluses and minuses as mentioned but we would return.
