We usually stay at RIU hotels, although not in Fuerteventura, and so I’m measuring this hotel against those stays in those hotels. We upgraded to the all inclusive bronze package which suited us as we already had access to the roof top pool by staying in a Superior Junior suite in the newer Zen building which I would recommend as I think these rooms are probably nicer than the rooms in the older buildings. The maid cleaned the room thoroughly every day and made the beds. We did notice the room felt damp as did the bedding and our clothes which we put down to a combination of the extractor in the bathroom not working and floors being mopped every day. We remedied this by leaving the French windows open in the day and I’m sure the hotel would have fixed the extraction fan had we mentioned it. On arrival there was only one pillow each, some hangers were missing and the bottom sheet was rough and bobbled. These issues were promptly rectified. Overall the all inclusive was OK but not up to the same level as RIU which is also 24 hour. The snacks were adequate if not extensive between meals but there is no food if you are peckish later in the evening. You can have a coffee but not a hot chocolate from the roof top bar, you can have orange from the machine but not freshly squeezed juice. The buffet breakfast we found to be very good. Starters and deserts for lunch and dinner were very good. Main course we found a little hit and miss with some rather strange concoctions but there was always something. Gino and Sam work extremely hard (as do all the staff) and deserve special mention for their tireless work in the entertainment team. I would recommend this hotel and I’m sure it’s a better choice than the RIU Oliva beach in Fuerteventura but it’s not quite up to the standard of the better RIU’s elsewhere which we prefer.

Good location, close to a Villa Comercial El Campanario shopping centre with it's supermarket , smaller shops and bars/restaurants. Small Bus station 200 metres away for bus into Corralejo centre or to Puerto de Rosario in the other direction.

Pleasant atmosphere, staff where polite,helpful and pleasant, reception dealt very well with any queries and advice.Good bar service whichever one you called at.Evening show entertainment was very good, Spanish Elvis was a bit tongue in cheek but he could really sing.

Our room was in the Zensation block, good size, we had a first floor room with a lovely balcony looking onto the pool. Dressing gowns and slippers, mini bar. Clean and tidy. Noise was not an issue, our neighbours where quiet, we did not hear anything at night.
We had use of the rooftop pool and bar which was nice. Pool area was nice, never had a problem getting a sunbed, pool was cold at this time of year

You could use the Spa once a week (we stayed 14 nights) , and also eat in the a la carte restaurant once a week , that was a lovely experience. The main restaurant was good , never had an issue finding something nice to eat.
We were Half Board Plus so breakfast and evening meal (or swap to lunch), Half Board Plus included beer and wine, soft drinks with the meal, which was great.

We thought overall it was great value, in a good location, centre 15-20 minutes walk either main road or beach front, harbour 30 minutes.

All the things we were hoping for before we went materialised (apart from the weather). Would stay again in the future on a return to Fuerteventura.

We had a lovely week at Playa Park, we went on a big extended family trip. Staff were all very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay.
Food was good, the à la carte restaurant was lovely too- the swordfish was amazing! Buffet was good, fresh tasty food. We were a little disappointed with the snack bar, food was very limited and we saw flies on the food. We didn’t use this much due to the variety at the buffet at other times.
Great location- a short walk in to the town and local amenities.
Rooms- well maintained, beds were extremely comfortable, curtains blacked out the light well, very clean and cleaners were great.
Premium package- complimentary drinks and able to dine in the à la carte more often. Also use of the roof top bar and pool which was a lot quieter.
Transfer time was around 40 minutes so not too long!
A few issues were: seating at evening time for the buffet, once the school holidays started it became very busy and our party had to sit separately. The slide for the pool also closed at 5pm which seemed very early- especially with the clock changes. The daytimes were very hot so this was an ideal time for our 2 year old to go in the pool, she was disappointed the slide was closed.
You also aren’t allowed to use floats in the pool (rings and lilos) which we would understand if the pool was busy but there were very few people in it due to it being so cold. They could also do with some umbrellas that could move (they were fixed in to the ground), so we could have sat out 9 month old on the grass and be covered from the sun.

Finally- Gino was brilliant. A great energy to the hotel, our little girl loved him and is still speaking about him now we are home - she’s even named a teddy after him that she bought in the airport.

If I could give this 10 stars I would. This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. From the moment we stepped into the foyer the staff were amazing, friendly and efficient. The rooms were beyond expectation more like a mini suite than a hotel room.
To have a veranda back and front was fantastic. The food was the best I have had such a variety, always warm and fresh which is hard to find now. All wine white, red and rosy as well as beers and soft drinks were free and we were just half board. No big rush for sun beds either and great entertainment for all ages at night and during the day. Loved every moment, you won't be disappointed. ❤️

Lovely hotel, very nice rooms and pool area( pools not heated) and spa. Very helpful, charming staff.

Small shopping plaza across the road. Food is buffet style, a little repetitive but good quality. There is an à la carte restaurant too but very similar food. Perfect hotel for a week in the sun.

This was our first trip to this hotel, and we will return. We loved our ground floor, one bedroom apartment overlooking the pool, with its own terrace, a huge room and well appointed. The buffet restaurant was exceptionally good, the variety and the quality of food was the best we have ever experienced in a buffet restaurant. Very friendly staff made the holiday for us.

My partner and I visited this hotel again for 1 week all inclusive break. On arrival one of our suitcases unfortunately was left on the transfer coach. Although it took nearly two days to retrieve the reception did a marvellous job helping us to get it back. The staff in the restaurant were all very friendly and helpful . After I slipped and fell in the restaurant whilst having breakfast they were all helpful especially Amou. In the bar each evening music entertainment was provided which was mostly good. The bar staff were very helpful especially Karen and Sergio. The weather wasn’t great but we enjoyed our stay and will return.

I stayed at Playa Park Zensation for my birthday and honestly… it was so much better than I imagined.

I can be quite harsh when it comes to hotels, so I don’t say this lightly – I would 100% return. The whole place had such calm, relaxing vibes, but at the same time there was always something going on if you wanted to get involved.

Our room was spacious, modern, and really well kept – it actually felt like somewhere you could properly unwind. One thing I loved (and didn’t expect to!) was the wristband key cards. No worrying about losing your key, everything was just on your wrist which made it so easy.

The food was lovely throughout the stay, but the Chinese night was a standout for me – so good.

The entertainment team absolutely made the holiday, especially Gino. He was amazing. I genuinely miss him and his energy every day since coming home. He made such an effort with everyone, and things like the water polo (which he got fully involved in) were so much fun. I even miss hearing my name being called to come and join in a game – it just added such a personal touch to the whole experience.

If you want a hotel where you can completely relax but still have the option to join in and have fun, this is it. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Hotel, facilities, rooms and staff are great.
Breakfast and Lunch are fine, evening meal not that great due to quality and variety, we decided to eat out most evenings.
Tiered all inclusive system, which I don't like.

12 night stay in the Zensation block. Enjoyed our holiday very much. As has been previously been said, all areas very clean, lovely tasty food both in the buffet and Italian restaurant. All staff exceptionally helpful, friendly & professional, a special mention to the ever smiley Samba & Sergio and the lovely & kind Karen. All the staff work very hard and are a credit to the management, they give the impression they are a big happy working family which gives the hotel a very pleasant atmosphere. If I was being picky it would be an idea to invest in plate warmers as even though the hot food was hot, it soon went cool on the cold plates.

It would be good if there was some sort of check on who was using the Zensation roof top pool/bar area as on several occasions during our stay I heard guests 'explaining' to other guests that you can just go up there whenever you want as nobody bothers/checks if you have paid for a day pass/the Zensation block or not, which is a good perk for those who haven't paid to use the facilities but not so good for people who have paid extra to realise any 'Tom, Dick or Harry' just uses the area when they feel like it! It would be annoying if you came to use the area in an afternoon & all sunbeds were taken and some by guests who shouldn't even be there-this needs sorting out.

If we were to holiday in Corralejo again Playa Park Zensation would be our first choice.

An INCREDIBLE experience from the beginning to the end ❤️ a beautiful hotel which was clean, modern and so so comfy! We were based in the zensation area so we were right next to the hydrotherapy pool ❤️ the rooms were really comfortable and some of the nicest staff i have ever met, EVERYONE from the check in to the cleaners and restaurant staff were so warm and inviting and kind! We also booked some massages which were absolutely bliss, the spa area is gorgeous and so comforting! The buffets for dinner and breakfast were absolutely scrumptious with so much variety we were so excited when we got to try all the different Spanish cuisine!! And thank you so much for the cute bottle of bubble and chocolates on my husbands birtgday such a sweet surprise!We will definetly be coming back again ❤️

We’ve just returned from a 10-night stay as a group of four, and honestly, don’t listen to the negative reviews – we didn’t experience a single issue during our stay.

The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless and really peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. What truly made the holiday, though, was the staff. Every single person works incredibly hard and always has a smile on their face. A special mention to Gino, who was absolutely hilarious and really made our stay memorable. Vesna was also fantastic considering she’s only been here 2 weeks!

Danny and Manuella were both so kind and attentive – you can tell how dedicated they are, and it doesn’t go unnoticed.

We met several guests who have been returning to the hotel for years, and after our stay, we completely understand why. The food was lovely with plenty of choice – I especially enjoyed the Chinese dishes.

A huge thank you to Tony, who went out of his way to prepare a Mother’s Day cake for my mum and nan. Such a thoughtful gesture that made the day extra special and is something we’ll always remember.

The evening entertainment was brilliant every night and always got everyone involved – a real highlight of the trip.
We will miss the lovely bunch we spent the 10 days with!!

Just back from a lovely relaxing week at Zensation with bro and our wives(half board),lots of positives to say,where to start!Overall all the staff so friendly and helpful,starting with Manager who compensated us with 2 days all inclusive because of room mix up of 1day not getting ground floor apartment I,d booked,fair play.So many cud mention,but of course made particularly special by the entertainment duo,madcap Gino and lovely Vesna who both made so much effort to keep us entertained day and night.
Food-breakfast,as good as u cud get,hot or cold.Evening buffet,good choice,better some pms then others (w/end best)nice touch including free alcohol from taps if wanted.How improve?-warm plates wud b nice something management to think of,minor thing.Apartment-extremely spacious and great location by pool,stick a tea towel in yr case if booking same with kitchen like us.Evening entertainment -bit hit n miss,9.30-10.30 acts,some better than others but great to have live music on site every nite.
Summery-wud I return?-100%,we had some great characters(how cud U forget "big Cliff"!) and it was like 1 big happy family,thank you Zensation for a memorable week.Steve n Teresa Rushden

Hotel is very much out on a limb so a good 30 mins walk to town centre and has a very small bar area if unable to sit outside. Didn't have much of an atmosphere and no crisp sheets on the bed.All inclusive plus got free entry into the spa daily-went once and didn't bother again.
Room was a good size and cleaned very well as was everywhere else,rooftop pool was a nice area but too windy to use much.Outside area had good pool space and lots of loungers-one day we couldn't get one at all but otherwise ok.Felt the restaurant was ok-usual cold breakfast beans etc but lots of fruit and bread and it lacked anything imaginative in the dessert area-mostly bought items I would think.Drinks from the bar were good but better in the late bar which was a much bigger area and had some good shows.

We are regular visitors to Corralejo but this was our first visit to Playa Park Zensation & it certainly won't be our last.

We chose an all inclusive package which turned out to be a great option as the food was plentiful & delicious.

There was a varied selection for breakfast with almost everything you could imagine from fully cooked options, pastries, fruit, cereal etc.
Dinner options were great as well with stand out dishes for us being the lovely freshly made pizza, fresh mussels in cream, all pork succulent & tender, Chinese style sweet & sour, special fried rice and Fajitas were all amazing.

The property is extremely clean & well maintained.

Special mention also to the staff who couldn't do enough for us during our visit. They are a credit to Zensation.

We were looked after particularly well by Latifa, Manuela & Amadou at the bar and Maria kept our room extremely clean & well stocked with bottles of water. The entertainment team Vesna & Gino were very good too, with various activities throughout the day, including a sangria making masterclass on St. Patrick's day which was great craic.

Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so special.. we will be back for sure!
