Pros:

Todo perfecto. Limpio, baño nuevo y cuidado. Camas cómodas. Desayuno y cena buenísimos, muy variados. Piscina muy cómoda. Spa perfecto.

Soggiorno piacevole e un ringraziamento speciale allo staff
Pros:

La struttura è molto bella con un gran potenziale. La nostra camera era grande, accogliente e confortevole, con il cambio quotidiano della biancheria. L'Hotel offre anche un ricco programma di attività organizzate per chi desidera partecipare. Colazione ricca e varia così come il buffet del pranzo o della cena. C'è anche la possibilità di cambiare per una volta la cena a buffet con quella alla carta presso il ristorante. Ci sono tre piscine molto grandi di acqua salata. Come spunto di miglioramento, suggeriamo una maggiore cura nella manutenzione ordinaria e nella pulizia dei dettagli (guide finestre scorrevoli). La camera resta comunque pulita e confortevole. Infine ci tengo a fare un ringraziamento speciale e personale ad un persona italiana dello staff e ad uno dei direttori perchè dopo il check out ho avuto un problema personale importante e da parte loro c'è stata una disponibilità, una collaborazione e un'empatia straordinarie nell'aiutarmi. Un supporto umano e professionale di altissimo livello che fa davvero la differenza...grazie

Las instalaciones y el personal del hotel son estupendas/os. Volvería a repetir solo por las buenas instalaciones, la comodidad y las habitaciones tan cuidadas.

Cons:

La comida. Aunque había variedad no estaba exquisita. La calidad de la comida es media/baja. La limpieza del hotel en general es muy buena, sin embargo, la limpieza diaria de las habitaciones es flojita.

Alojamiento nefasto y soluciones cero.
Pros:

La cama era cómoda , la habitación era bonita y la piscina

Cons:

La habitación apestaba a pozo negro , dimos la queja y el personal en vez de buscar otra habitación o otro hotel para reubicarnos , pusieron ambientador , después de varias horas que desapareció el olor a ambientador , volvió el olor a pozo negro en ningún momento nos sentimos cómodos ya que dormimos con la puerta del baño cerrada y el balcón abierto , no pudimos usar el aire acondicionado venden una habitación que no está apta para el uso , concretamente habitación 137. No lo recomiendo , por lo menos esa habitación y el personal de recepción de tarde.

Excelente hotel
Pros:

El hotel en si es fantástico. Tiene una gran variedad de comida en el bufete y todo excelente,la verdad que merece la pena alojarse

Cons:

La habitación era genial pero estaba justo debajo de una piscina y sonaba toda la noche la depuradora, pero sin duda nada malo para no volver a repetir si vamos de nuevo.

All inclusive drinks
Pros:

Hi hotel is nice and clean food was good but we booked with jet2 on there all inclusive plus on getting to the hotel we were told only one all inclusive now we thought nothing off it but at night the drink package is awful when you go to bar in the theatre bar there is bronze silver gold bands for drinks which is a absolute joke you can have this but not this it’s organised chaos the so called cocktails have never been cocktails hope hotel reads this as they are letting themselves down the drinks side is a disgrace even the bar staff don’t know what’s happening you don’t get told anything about the different drinks package till it’s too late needs making on there website what’s what as some people could end up with a bill at end of stay as done on wrist bands could think that drink is ok and it’s not
