Not a pleasant or relaxing experience.
Cons:

Upon arrival only one elevator working. When trying to get up to 10th floor cleaning woman enters with cart. When we get to 10th floor she refuses to get out and we cannot get by her. After we keep trying to explain we can’t get out she finally does. After an afternoon of site seeing- we come back to no working elevator. No staff seems to really care that we have to walk up 10 flights. After getting up 10 flights and having no info on when it will take, we had to for go going out again(ie dinner) because we’re not sure elevator would be fixed and not able to climb 10 flights again. Elevator not working till after 9:30 pm. Beds not comfortable!

Friendly staff. Nice room. Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

Parking situation was a mess, especially due to a lack of signage to find the right parking lot. After I paid to park in the church, I was told to move my car to the hotel lot and I would not be charged.
At check out I was told I was not being charged parking.
It was a lie, I was charged for parking.

Ordentliches Hotel, ortsübliches Frühstück von der Stange, Dusche unbenutzbar ohne Abhilfe
Pros:

Freundliches Personal in der Stammbesetzung der Rezeption, allerdings nicht in der Lage, bei Hauptproblem (ausgefallene Dusche) Ersatz oder Kompensation bereitzustellen.

Cons:

Dusche des Zimmers kochend heiß, nicht zu regulieren und also unbenutzbar. Abhilfe konnte bis zur Abreise nicht geschaffen werden. Ersatzzimmer zum Duschen hätten bereitgestanden (wegen No-Shows), wurden aber von Nachtschicht der Rezeption nicht freigegeben.
Hotelbetreiber antwortete nicht auf unsere schriftliche Beschwerde und hat auch auf Intervention von booking.com ohne - uns bekanntgewordene - Begründung ein Entgegenkommen abgelehnt.
