Clean rooms
Everything, im even staying again soon
Everything was good
Nice hotel, clean and comfortable rooms, shower was good. Busy elevators, breakfast as expected with nice choices of hot and cold. Overall a nice place to stay.
Didn't realize parking was $20, so that was a bit of surprise in such a small city, but not a horrible charge.
Elevator was very slow, one may not have been working
The location, the cleanliness, the staff
The breakfast wasn’t good enough
Our room was one of probably five rooms booked for an event. The first room was booked for us. I was concerned that the room had a tub instead of a shower. After the concern was raised, we were assured that every room was ADA compliant. Arrived, room had a tub. No seperate shower. The most-kind front desk agent took my number saying all rooms were booked but there were a few rooms exclusively with a shower; She'd monitor for cancelations. I swung by after dinner and she said there was a room available. So very happy.
The room may have been ADA compliant but it wasn't ADA functional. There was one vertical grab bar on the long wall in the shower near the shower head. The vertical grab bar should be switched to a long grab bar running the length of the long wall. Showering would have been easier if there were vertical bars on either side of the shower door outside. Chef's kiss for bars on either side of the shower door on the inside too. Also, the shower head could have been an adjustable vertical slide bar with a wand instead of a fixed head.
However, I am so very thankful to have been switched to a room with a shower. The tub would have been impossible.
The first room was spotless as was the second. Quiet too.
The shower water pressure was great. Very cold changed to scalding hot with the most minor adjustment.
*The elevator doors were very hard to stop from closing and could EASILY cause harm to someone. The elevator doors were a topic of discussion during every elevator ride.
There's a discount at the restaurant (Yono's?) for being a hotel guest.
lobby area was beautiful & rooms extremely clean. Parking was a little tricky as there wasn't good signage explaining where I could park for your specific hotel so I was unsure if the parking lot across the street was for your hotel, went around back & no sign explaining that that parking lot was for your hotel. I did do valet parking but wasn't told what the cost was, just told it would be added to my room. Valet attendees could be dressed better also as they were dressed pretty frumpy so didn't fit with the beautiful professional look of the hotel.
see above
Close to the venue we had that weekend
Only one working elevator
Room not clean .. there was food left over from the previous guests and their concert bracelet
They charged you to park your vehicle ?
I went to a show at Empire Live and it was literally one block away.you could see the venue and the tour bus from the front of the hotel (!!) You can pay to park in the hotel’s lot, so I didn’t have to worry about that either.

Staff very friendly, room clean and bed very comfortable!
We were in a room with a small window! But still ok!
Clean rooms and public areas. Friendly staff. Walking distance to attractions and restaurants.
$20.00 to park and one staff member was not well versed on how to walk to the state building.
The location to everything was perfect. I also liked the size of the room. The valet service was a very nice asset to the hotel.
The broken elevator was a little inconvenient but would not deter me from picking this hotel again.
