Nice clean hotel. Great staff.
Pros:

There was a bit of a misunderstanding about the room amenities and Ananda at the front desk, was great in fixing the problem. She went out of her way to help me out. Made my stay perfect. Also, there is a restaurant in the hotel.

Cons:

I'm not a big fan of driving in a strange city when I'm traveling. But this hotel wasn't too far from the highway, so it wasn't too bad.

Good for one night accommodation, not feeling safe to walk around

10 floor big building with only one elevator, prepare 20 minutes ahead of time to get down to the lobby

Nice stay with family
Pros:

My family of 5 stayed at this Hampton Inn for 4 nights to visit family in the area. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast area and food was very good. The woman that checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. The valet service was great - except for the one day is was suddenly closed, so we had to retrieve our keys from the front desk. Our only issue was with the elevators. For the entire stay, only 1 elevator was in service. The second elevator was not working well, with random occasions where it would just not move off a certain floor, doors would not open with people inside, and one time being out of service completely. That is a problem when you have to climb 8 flights of stairs. The elevator repair company did come out and fix the one elevator, but it was still acting oddly and the second one was never put back in service.

Disappointing at first, then got better.
Pros:

The location and breakfast was good.

Cons:

In room 420. The whirlpool did not work after we filled it up with water and bath bombs. We had to move to room 520. This was an inconvenience especially when we paid a lot of money. Also a man had our food that I put on the lobby table in his hands about the leave with it. Very strange.

Pros:

Janet helped me get a new room when there was discrepancy online. She was fantastic and very adamant about finding me a new room she spent over 2 hours helping me in the middle of the night. This lady needs a raise!

good location and clean and modern. breakfast was very good for free breakfast and had enough low carb options to avoid muffins and pancakes.

The location is super for visiting all the downtown tourist sites. The valet parking team was awesome! The complementary breakfast was plentiful with a lot of healthy choices.
