Pros:

Just like the google comments, the hotel only give very old and untidy room to the customer who book through internet. Those room are located at the back of the corridor. They won’t give the newer rooms to us.

The room is very old and very dirty. The first room I got had many ants, mosquitos and many many many flies in the bathroom.

Furnitures are old and broken. Bed sheet and towel are in grey color.

The staff is not helpful at all and not polite.

I would rather stay at homestay in Probolinngo rather than this “HOTEL”!

Pros:

L’accueil à tout d’abord était mauvais, assez peu aimable et éprouvent une grande difficulté à trouver la réservation.
La chambre proposée était un vrai four, alors qu’il ne faisait pas si chaud dehors. La climatisation souffle sur la tête du lit, idéal pour tomber malade en quelques minutes.
Enfin, on toque à notre porte à 6h du matin pour savoir si on veut un petit déjeuner …
Je ne recommande pas.
