Pros:

C'è l'essenziale per passare una notte.

Cons:

Non vale il prezzo pieno (cca 120 euro) e non vale neanche il prezzo scontato (circa 90 euro).
80 euro sarebbe il prezzo giusto tenuto conto che non c'è nemmeno il tappetino da mettere a terra in bagno, sapone solo l'essenziale, colazione in una grande sala anonima con finto buffet.

Swimming pool (even if I did not have time to use it).
Very nice staff.

Relax, calm and lovely
Pros:

It was much more than what we expected! It is definitely a place we would like to come back and stay for longer to really enjoy it. There’s a pool and the place is lovely! We appreciate our stay there and hope to go see more of Perugia soon.

Bella struttura.
Pros:

Bellissima struttura, fuori dalla città ma non troppo distante. Staff gentile e accogliente.

Cons:

Probabile a causa delle poche prenotazioni nei giorni di soggiorno, alcuni servizi erano limitati. Un vero peccato, meriterebbe di avere sempre molte prenotazioni.
