We were hugely surprised by this hotel and had a great stay. Room was really spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Fresh cold filtered water was available on each floor - so much better than bottles of water. We were given access to the lounge which was a lovely perk and we enjoyed drinks and breakfast there. The location is brilliant close to some lovely beer gardens and you can access the hotel via the S-Bahn. We had a lovely warm welcome on arrival. Super impressed.

Der Reinigungsservice im Zimmer ist an einem Tag gar nicht, und am nächsten Tag nur nach zusätzlicher Aufforderung gekommen. Die Reinigungsqualität entspricht nicht einem Hotel dieser Klasse. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein. Das Mobiliar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

La estación del tren está justo a la par, puedes llegar desde el aeropuerto o la central Station muy fácil.

Easy to access from airport to hotel and back,by train
Breakfast buffet ( no to much variety is only good for a stay of one or two days). Conosieur not helpful. Not available on Saturday and Sunday and not available when needed. Needed to get 4 mail stamps and brushed me off because he needed to go. Not even referred me to another person for help.
