Cons:

Im feingedruckten steht dass ein Bett für ein Kind zusätzlich 56€/Nacht kostet. Das Hilton erwartet das Kinder bei Buchung für 3 Personen im Bett mit ihren Kindern Schlafen. Ich war offensichtlich nicht der einzige der sich über diese Frechheit beschwert hat. Als ich nagefragt habe ob uns das falsche Zimmer zugeteilt wurde, hat der Rezeptionst promt einen Zettel markierten Feingedruckten gezeigt.
Teppiche in Zimmern, keine Hausschuche vorhanden.
Küche beim Frühstück offen, schlechte Luft und man riecht danach nach Küche.

Good location for exploring Munich
Pros:

We enjoyed our 2 nights here, it was a good base to explore Munich. Staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms and all communal teas of the hotel were really clean and tidy. Water filters in corridors were a nice touch as well as a well stocked convenience store in the lobby.

Convenient, Comfortable, and Memorable Stay

As a Gold Hilton Honors member, I booked the Hilton Munich City for a five-night stay in July 2026. I booked 2 rooms for my family of four (2 adults and 2 teens)1 king and 2 twins. I booked the confirmed connecting rooms option online. I paid one room with points and the second room cash.

We really enjoyed this property’s location situated right outside the Mitte area, which can be loud, super busy, and overwhelming. This property was just two station stops from all the major sites. It was ideal that the Rosenheimer Platz S-Bahn was directly connected to the hotel. There was always a train within minutes to take you to the hub of all the action. We were also able to walk around and enjoy the charming streets of Haidhausen.

Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Rooms were ready at our 2pm arrival. Both rooms had updated furniture, well-maintained, clean and comfortable. On one of our nights, there was an outdoor club/party with really loud music, which ended at a reasonable 10:30 pm. To our surprise, the next day we received a gift for the event. It was a very thoughtful gesture to be considerate of the guests facing the courtyard area.

Minor suggestions for improvement include more seating for the morning buffet service and having ice machines on each floor.

Can’t wait to return and will recommend to others!

Hilton City Munich
Pros:

Good hotel just outside the city center, nice that the hotel is right on top of an SBahn station easy to get to all parts of Munich and beyond. Rooms are nice, executive lounge could use a little improvement but overall would recommend the hotel if visiting Munich.

Cons:

Χρέωσε επιπλέον ποσό 250 € σαν εγγύηση τα οποία θα επιστραφούν εντός κάποιων ημερών και δεν υπήρχε πουθενά γραμμένο ότι κρατούν αυτό το ποσό.
