Hotellet har ett bra läge,nära till allt ,mycket bra rum ,det var tyst och ett rent och fint hotel
Mycket bra parkering
De som arbetade med att fylla på och sätta fram mat till frukosten gjorde ett bra jobb,fräscht och hela tiden väl påfyllt

Cons:

Servicen var över lag dålig ,inte något större engagemang, personalen hade behövt gå kurs i charm
Personalen i frukost matsalen var väldigt osäkra och inte speciellt trevliga
Frukosten var ok men med tanke på vad frukosten kostar saknar den en hel del

Hilton ist nicht mehr das was es war
Pros:

Die Lage und der direkte Anschluß an die S-Bahn ist perfekt. Das Frühstück war gut und die Auswahl groß. Wir hatte ein Standard Zimmer mit zwei Betten, auch OK.

Cons:

Das Personal speziell die Platzierung im Restaurant war extrem unhöflich. Die Sauberkeit immer Zimmer war nicht OK, Wir waren drei Tage im Hotel und viele Dinge wurden schlicht nicht gereinigt. Die Kaffee und Teebecher standen Abends immer noch ungereinigt auf dem Tisch. Teebeutel wurden nicht nachgefüllt.
