Hotel is good and staff are nice. Bit of a walk into the city centre (it was 36 degrees) but the train station is accessible from within the hotel.
Downsides - we had a suite booked and paid for 3 people, the third person does not get a bed in this cost. Options are the sofa or pay even more for a rollaway bed. We booked as a package via British Airways and this was not made clear. Also air con is only in lounge area and not the bedroom so was hot at night. You get the executive lounge with a suite which has drinks during the day included as well as a limited breakfast. Alcoholic drinks served for a two hour slot, also included, but this is like a bun fight and impossible to get a seat.

Rooms were great clean and comfortable. Perfect location.

I booked a week-long stay at this hotel for myself, my wife, and our daughter, reserving a King Junior Suite for three people. As a Hilton Diamond member, I have certain expectations around room quality and service. When my niece decided to join us in Munich for the first three days, I booked an additional Twin Executive Room for those nights, allowing all of us access to the Executive Lounge while my daughter shared the second room with her cousin.

On arrival, we were offered the Twin Executive Room on the fourth floor and the King Junior Suite on the second floor. We were told that if we wanted rooms on the same floor, we'd need to take a twin room on the second floor instead. I opted to keep my daughter and niece on the higher floor. I also confirmed that we didn't need an extra bed in the suite for the first three nights, which was correct, but ironically, no extra bed had been added at all, despite this being part of our actual booking.

Once in the King Junior Suite, several issues became apparent. The bedroom had no window, despite my booking specifying a high floor. The promotional photo for the suite showed four chairs around the dining table; ours had only two. The room itself seemed closer to a King Executive Plus Room than the suite I had booked. When I raised this with reception, explaining that I didn't consider the second floor (in a five-floor hotel) overlooking a courtyard to be "high," I was given an unconvincing explanation that it was, in fact, a King Junior Suite. I still can't see how the second floor qualifies as a high floor by any reasonable standard.

I also flagged my concerns in response to an automated feedback message. When a follow-up message asked me to rate my stay, I gave it the lowest score, a 1. This then prompted yet another message asking for a convenient time for a call. I didn't respond. Enough was enough.

Overall, I felt the hotel didn't take my concerns seriously and placed us in a lower-grade room that didn't match its own online description. To be fair, my daughter and niece were happy with their room overlooking the courtyard, and the Executive Lounge was fine, if unremarkable. Another downside: room service ends at 11:00pm.

On the positive side, the hotel's location is excellent, close to public transport, restaurants, and shops. The Chinese restaurant directly across the road was excellent and well worth a visit.

Great location and right next to the S-bahn. The hotel is very comfortable with friendly helpful staff and clean.
The room was lovely, bed was comfortable and again extremely clean.
