Big, clean family rooms.

One of the bed frames was creaking and could not be fixed.
Less natural light in the room, due to the hotel being situated within a mall. This could bother some travellers.
The invoice was fully paid but 5 days later an amount equivalent with a 4 nights stay (for a booking of 3 !) is still blocked on my credit card. I find this quite annoying.
Late update: The amount equivalent of one night stay was released.2 weeks after the check-out. For the other 3 nights, the reservation will expire 1 month (!!!) after the check-out date. I believe the way credit card reservations are managed must be reviewed. It's not about the amount, it's the principle of blocking/reserving funds without any reason.
Breakfast
Everything was quite average, nothing worth to spend extra. Do not prefer for next Paris visit.

Beds are too hard
Beds make noise when you move, even the slightest movement wakes the whole room.
Hotel room doors are not isolated, you hear other guest leaving like they come through your room

Good location for Metro connections.
No parking for my vehicle which was 1.95m. All parking in La Defense limit is 1.90m but not clear on booking or via communications with hotel. When we arrived after very long drive the check-in team were not very helpful in giving us parking advice resulting in us having to drive out of La Defense area in search of street parking. Not ideal with luggage and young family as Then had to walk in 2km back to hotel with cases.

The hotel is good, clean and nice, gives an exceptional experience which is common for hilton hotels across the world. I had a quick check in and a quick check out, great staff at the reception, location is good for people who like modern sites and transportation through the metro, right at the center of la defanse, totally recommended
It’s far from the center of paris, away from places like eiffel tower, louvre museum, champs and more. the la defanse is great and very modern but mostly for business trips. Nothing about the property i found was negative other than location
Globalement la chambre est bien agencée, la literie confortable, c'est propre et le personnel est très professionnel.
La douche est vraiment petite et étroite, très étroite (et je suis plutôt menue, je n'imagine pas quelqu'un de plus corpulent).
J'ai demandé une facture en quittant l'hôtel, impossible, car la chambre était prépayée. On m'a dit que je devais la demander à Booking... Il serait bien qu'hôtels et plateforme de vente s'accordent pour éviter ces désagréments....
Je modifie la fin de mon avis : Impossible d'avoir une facture (pour le remboursement de mes frais qui est bloqué, merci booking et merci le Hilton), Booking indique que c'est à l'hôtel de me la fournir...
C'est assez inadmissible des deux parties !
