Emplacement de l'hôtel. Personnel agréable.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner très moyen pour un hôtel de ce standing. Oeuf brouillés pas assez cuit, saucisses beaucoup trop cuites (sèches), fromages pas appétissant, restaurant de l'hôtel agréable et personnel sympa mais plats très tièdes. Entrée et sortie du parking sous-terrain trop exigu pour une voiture familial. J'ai d'ailleurs griffé une de mes jantes, les capteurs du véhicule bippaient de partout. Je pensais que je n'arriverais pas à sortir. J'ai finalement réussi mais pas sans casse.... :-( Bref, un séjour qui engendre des frais supplémentaires et inattendus.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay. First, the bedsheets had an unpleasant odor, and the water pressure in the shower was extremely weak. Furthermore, although I requested two quilts when making my booking—a request the hotel explicitly confirmed—they were not provided. It seems the hotel staff confirms requests without verifying them, which is quite frustrating.

Great location, close to everything by metro, quiet area, super friendly staff, great breakfast
Pros:

The location was actually fantastic. everything is close by metro and the metro station is in the shopping center where the hotel is. So within walking distance you have the metro, the shopping center, another shopping center across the street, the area is a business area just in front of the Grande Arche, so it's a clean area.

the staff is super friendly. we were able to check in earlier, our kids received coloring books, chocolates. super friendly staff and accommodating. Comfy room and beds, the view from the room is into the shopping center which is fun and different.

Cons:

Every monday by french law there is a 5min fire alarm test, and unfortunately we were in the room at that time. We didn't know this so we got pretty scared and we did complain about it. The staff were understanding and apologized by getting us free drinks, free room service and a letter of apology. So just be aware of this and don't be in the room monday at 5pm.
