Not many options and by 9am everything was gone and took forever for staff to refill

Cons:

We stayed for one night as we were heading to the airport the next day. Unfortunately, we were initially placed next to a family, and there was a lot of screaming, door slamming, and noise.

We called reception and were told there weren’t many options available. After pushing a bit, we were moved to a room with the same bed setup for my partner and me. The new room was an older model — it was fine, but noticeably tired.

It was frustrating to have to change rooms for a one-night stay, and overall the room allocation felt poorly planned.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of different types of breakfasts. I enjoyed it very much. Same for the evening buffet. A good range of foods.

I will recommend this hotel to all my friends.
Pros:

We prefer O Tamara that we can visit LuLu Mall. Your hotel room is very clean, spacious & amenities are good. Nice buffet breakfast and delicious food. Fantastic outdoor pool and Gym. Hotel staff are friendly & quality service.
