Pros:

Clean helpful staff

Cons:

I booked a cab through the hotel to the airport.
The cab was clean but the driver had put my stuff on the road at the airport. They did not give me to to put on the side and went away

Everything! A wonderful hotel with great staff and awesome food! All staff were very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend. Chef was also very good.

Cons:

One of the waiters at breakfast was very intrusive and instead of catering to customers needs, was getting too chatty and inquisitive about personal matters. Hotel should instruct staff in the restaurant to stick to service, and food related talk, not personally intrusive chats. Except for this one guy, all others were great.

High quality, comfortable stay close to the airport
Pros:

I clearly was given a very good financial deal for this stay, so on trying to re-book it would have cost twice as much. So, note this when I say extremely good value for money. This is a high quality hotel, with the facilities and service approach to match. It is extremely convenient for both the hotel and Kims Health hospital. Every member of staff was focused on my experiences and ensuring I had a good stay. I loved the touch of a pillow 'menu' to ensure my comfort. The food was excellent, with a wide range of choice. There is a gym and spa (this is a bit basic but perfectly sufficient. My treatment (Ayurveda massage) was great.

Cons:

The bar is not very 'female' friendly.
The sauna was not working.
