The receptionist was very kind and was able to help us check in early after a long travel day. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable.

Supposedly no smoking hotel but definitely allowed smoking recently
Pros:

Decent price good location

Cons:

There is a sign at the entrance claiming it’s a smoke free building yet I am washing all my clothes and leaving bags on the porch tonight because everything smells like old cigarettes and bad air freshener. I understand sometimes people break the rules and smoke but the smell on my clothes is from a room that was a smoking room and never thoroughly cleaned when the place went no smoking.

There was plenty of room.

Cons:

We were there for my child's breathing surgery and we got stuck in the elevator. Then the staff was rude about it.

The room was nice. decent size and mostly really clean. did see a bug or two in there

Cons:

The photos of the property were misleading. they did say they were under construction for renovations - but - they failed to add that a liquor store and homeless shelter were right next door

One night stay only
Pros:

The location of the hotel was not far from our event that we were going to.

Cons:

The mattress for the room was not that good. It felt like we were sleeping on a pullout couch bed. Also the hotel had remodeling being done while we were there. Dust and paint was everywhere with only one way in and out of the hotel. Meaning we had to walk through torn up floors and paint dust in the air.

Your clerk took down my credit card number and over eight hours after I walked out of your lobby , fraudulently charged a hundred and three dollar and seventy three cent deposit to my credit card account. Now I cannot get anyone to answer the phone in customer service to get my money back.And I am close to calling a lawyer to sue you. No, I'\nM not happy with my stay because I never stayed there and know I am not happy with your staff because they stole from me. Settle this dispute or I will be calling a lawyer to handle it for me.
