Pros:

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredible. They were all so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating for a solo traveler. The location was awesome. I ran from the hotel to St. Pete's Beach and saw a couple of dolphins on the way back.

Cons:

The only thing was the balcony. I was expecting to sit on the balcony enjoying my coffee, but the vent outside was so loud, it wasn't enjoyable.

Pros:

EXCELLENT Hotel Stay, comfortable, easy to find, park and get going. Very easy access to main road and local beaches. I will be coming back. A Pet fee per stay of $150 is a little high but we paid it.

Cons:

No complaints, just maybe the breakfast (eggs) weren't great, after sitting there a while they turn to rubber. Nothing else.

Highly recommend
Pros:

The one bedroom rooms are extremely spacious and very clean. Front desk staff - friendly and helpful. Great restaurant right next to hotel - available for dining in or pick up. Nice decent breakfast with a lot of offerings included. Nice roomy lay out for breakfast room.
