Best hotel stay
Pros:

Beautiful views, friendly staff, comfortable room and inviting environment. Breakfast was included and it was very good. Lunch and dinner on the rooftop with a great view to the sunset. Room was bigger than expected- king suite included kitchen stove , microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in the huge shower.

I didn’t feel the reservation staff knew what was going on. I booked through booking.com - I realized that I had two reservations for the same day. I never received a confirmation from the hotel itself with a confirmation number for either reservation. Each time I called to cancel the duplicate confirmation - I was asked for a confirmation number - I gave the only confirmation number I had and was told it was not the hotel confirmation. Once I got to the property, I explained the situation - Destiny found the reservation but had to ask the manager about canceling the reservation. I never heard back from the manager. I reached out to booking.com and they have the problem now. However, I had a reservation the following day at another location via booking.com - received a confirmation directly from the hotel within minutes who is under Marriott also.

This is a beautiful location, a beautiful hotel free manatee show if you have Marina balcony room, free breakfast big beautiful rooms and everybody at the front desk is amazing

absolutely advice to stay
Pros:

I liked this hotel very much, especially the location. We had a great room with the balcony and view on the yacht parking. Room is very big, has anything you need for staying. Clean, smells good, we liked it.
Breakfast has varieties. we stayed in hotel for 2 days and on mornings breakfast differed a little bit.

Cons:

We liked everything, no complaints.

Cons:

Me gustaría que agregaras pancakes al desayuno y que sea por lo menos hasta las 10:30am. El aire acondicionado que enfrie un poco mas.
