Pros:

Ha problèmàja van, akkor a maximális rugalmatlansàggàl és a kommunikáció hiányával számoljon. Nem segítenek az átfoglalásban sem, és mindent a bookingra hàrítanak.

Ha minden rendben megy, akkor biztosan egy szép és baràtságos szàllás. De nekünk ezt nem sikerült megtudnunk…

Cons:

A foglalàs dátumàt elrontottam, mert a rendszer többször lefagyott foglalás közben. Ezt jeleztem a bookingos felületen, hogy szeretném àtfoglalni illetve díj visszatérítéssel lemondani a szàllást. Elvileg 24 óràn belül választ kellett volna adnia a szàllásnak, ahol làttàk a kérésemet; és 72 óràn belül sem válaszoltak. Majd 3 egymást közvető napon telefonáltam a bookingos ügyintezőkkel, akik rendkîvül segítőkészek voltak. A szàllás akkor sem reagált; vàrtàk, hogy 6 napon keresztül minden nap intézkedjek, próbàljam visszaszerezni a pénzem, majd elutasitottàk a kéresem. Ezt az elejèn is megtehettèk volna, és akkor nem intézkedek napokig feleslegesen.

Sajnálom a rugalmatlansàgukat, biztosan az ott dokgozók még nem hibáztak soha.

Pros:

The entire complex was clean and beautifully decorated. It is right at the bottom of whistler mountain. The gondola is only 300 feet away . Perfect location. Grocery store and restaurants close by and only 5 minute drive to whistler village, also bus stop close by.

Pros:

This was our fourth time staying at this property due to fact the rooms feel large and airy and are great for families. We decided to come in an off season time for a change. We had two large rooms with ensuites and plenty of storage space. This property is always clean and the pool and two hot tubs are warm and clean. The communal bbq area is handy as well. This was our first time facing the back of the property, which could be good if you want more privacy and quiet, but we would have preferred seeing our older kids in the pool area in the evening. Unfortunately, the peace was interrupted both mornings by power tools/saw in an adjacent suite being restored. We were not given notification about this. Our other irritation was asking for a later checkout time of 12 vs 11. We asked the eve prior and the morning of checkout, only to be told it’s up to housekeeping. Since we were only one of three cars in the parking lot, we thought it wouldn’t be an issue, but housekeeping said no.
Parking is extra charge at checkout. Our stay this time wasn’t the 5 star it has been in the past. Good hotel if you’re looking for more space for the high prices paid visiting Whistler area. Keep in mind that Creekside is quiet area that is further away from Whistler village and you will need to take transit or drive and pay for parking if wishing to do activities there. Coffee shop and grocery store are within walking distance.
