Pros:

The entire complex was clean and beautifully decorated. It is right at the bottom of whistler mountain. The gondola is only 300 feet away . Perfect location. Grocery store and restaurants close by and only 5 minute drive to whistler village, also bus stop close by.

We had a great stay at this spacious property in a convenient location at Whistler Creekside.
Pros:

It’s so spacious and it was right near the start area of the race that we were attending

Cons:

The check-in was at the front desk of another property and it took us some time to figure this out. We saw other guests also confused about it and I think we should’ve been informed in advance that we had to check in at Legends

Pros:

This was our fourth time staying at this property due to fact the rooms feel large and airy and are great for families. We decided to come in an off season time for a change. We had two large rooms with ensuites and plenty of storage space. This property is always clean and the pool and two hot tubs are warm and clean. The communal bbq area is handy as well. This was our first time facing the back of the property, which could be good if you want more privacy and quiet, but we would have preferred seeing our older kids in the pool area in the evening. Unfortunately, the peace was interrupted both mornings by power tools/saw in an adjacent suite being restored. We were not given notification about this. Our other irritation was asking for a later checkout time of 12 vs 11. We asked the eve prior and the morning of checkout, only to be told it’s up to housekeeping. Since we were only one of three cars in the parking lot, we thought it wouldn’t be an issue, but housekeeping said no.
Parking is extra charge at checkout. Our stay this time wasn’t the 5 star it has been in the past. Good hotel if you’re looking for more space for the high prices paid visiting Whistler area. Keep in mind that Creekside is quiet area that is further away from Whistler village and you will need to take transit or drive and pay for parking if wishing to do activities there. Coffee shop and grocery store are within walking distance.

Pros:

Great hotel with comfortable beds and nice jacuzzi/heated pool area. Little less than 10 minutes from main Whistler village. You can either drive to village or take bus(bus cost 2.50 per person each way).
