Great service
Our 1st room had quite a bad smell.
The room is big, many spaces, good view with private balcony, the kitchen with full appliances even they have cutlery, plates, spots, cup,… laundry is also included. The location is also convenient.
It was hard to find the entrance for parking lot and the signs on the hotel are confused, easy to get lost.
Great location and amenities. Friendly staff, had a minor maintenance issue that was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Comfortable, clean rooms and well appointed living spaces. Would definitely recommend.

Superior to how it looked in the pictures
Spacious, great location warm and clean.
No duvet for sofa bed but was provided when requested although no duvet cover.
Large space with friendly staff
We felt very welcome and looked after throughout our stay. The reception staff especially looked after us, providing hot chocolates and decorating gingerbread men with the children
Fabulous one bedroom suite with full kitchen. Parking was included. The only thing I didn’t like, a very minor complaint, was that we had to take out our own garbage.

I think my room is haunted. My TV turned on while I was nowhere near the remote in the middle of the night.
