Great place if u need to stay in san.jose
Staff was very friendly, room was very clean and spacious, other guests were respectful & quiet.
Very unique place in the heart of the city. Old fashion, classic luxury hotel. Very comfortable beds and pillows and breakfast was wonderful. .
Great place for an overnight. Right in downtown with easy access to just about everything. Room was small but very comfortable, clean and up to date.
Great location
We just stayed 5 nights in this hotel. The hotel is right in the center of all the arts, tourist activities, and markets in San Jose! It is a safe location; the staff are exceptional, accomodating and speak good English & Spanish. Each morning you get a "cooked to order breakfast" as part of the price. And, the price is much less than comparable hotels in the area. (It is a boutique hotel w/28 rooms, but great for couples and small groups). Even the locals do not know of this hotel and it is only five years old.
Well kept, safe and convenient to museums and local shopping.
The bedrooms are really small, but really small, I got one with A/C I don’t even have a window. It was and small box with no windows or balcony. Depressing , The structure of the building doesn’t have a minimal noice insulation you can hear every single's noise from the other bedrooms, doors and Comun areas, in my case it was really hard to sleep property, the lady in front desk is very nice and help me in everything she can, actually she is the only good thing I can says about this hotel, visitors is not allow, just in case you have someone to visit you, I don't think the price you pay is worth it.
A very central location, very clean, the staff is overly friendly, typical of Costa Ricans, and the food is super delicious. It's also accessible by public transport in seconds, close to shops and restaurants.
I definitely think it will be my favorite place when I return to San Jose.
I had good stay at this hotel , I do recommend you if you want to be nearby museum's and restaurants.
This hotel is conveniently located, close to restaurants, supermarkets and stores.
Transportation is easy, also. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side but adequate for the price. Breakfast is delicious!

This is a well located property with a nice breakfast included. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was modernized and very comfortable. Easy walk to the 3 major museums.

The hotel is extremely well located every location of interest in the downtown is walkable.
The hotel is extremely clean and as on the pictures. We had breakfast included which was great, nice choice, local food options and large portions. It was perfect. Our room was rather noisy because of the work ongoing in the backstreet. As if the room is noisy if it is a problem for you. We didn’t change room.
We would use it again next time
