I had a very difficult time because of the smoking restrictions. I asked the staff member if there was a smoking room available, but she told me that there wasn’t one. I was even willing to pay an additional fee for a smoking room, but unfortunately, none was available. This was the only thing I found inconvenient and frustrating during my stay.

A wonderful stay with exceptional service, amazing breakfast and a fantastic pool area.
Pros:

We had such a lovely stay here. The location is great, the service was excellent, and overall we really enjoyed our time at the hotel.

The pool area was probably our favourite spot, really relaxing and a great place to spend a few hours. The staff at the pool bar were fantastic, but there was one female member of staff in particular who really stood out. Unfortunately, I can’t remember her name, but she was absolutely wonderful, so friendly, attentive and genuinely welcoming. She always made sure we had everything we needed and really made our time by the pool that little bit more special. I wish I could remember her name so I could give her the recognition she deserves!

Breakfast was exceptional and honestly one of the highlights of our stay. There was so much choice, everything was fresh and beautifully prepared, and the quality was excellent. We looked forward to it every morning and it was easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had in a long time.

A really enjoyable stay from start to finish. We’d definitely recommend this hotel and would happily come back!
