Wieder ein angenehmer Aufenthalt im Schosshotel Pillnitz
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt am Schlosspark , angenehmes Personal, gutes Frühstück und Abendessen ,sehr aufmerksame Ober. Dresden ist rasch zu erreichen. Wir sind schon seit Jahren zu Gast in diesem Hotel und kommen gerne wieder.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und wurde von sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichen Personal betreut. Es war eine gute, nette und freundliche Atmosphäre im gesamten Haus zu spüren. Die Lage war optimal, direkt am, fast im Schlosspark.
Es waren genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Zimmer incl. Dusche waren sauber und ordentlich.

Cons:

Das der "Christmas Garden" am Freitag plötzlich kurzfristig nicht geöffnet wurde. Dank unserer zwei Nächte Buchung konnte dies am Samstagabend nachgeholt werden. Auch dies hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Aber dieser gesamte Sachverhalt lag sicher nicht in der Verantwortung des Hotels.

Zimmer sauber, geräumig, schön eingerichtet.
Außergewöhnlich reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Sonderwünsche werden erfüllt.

Wir waren doch recht zufrieden !
Pros:

Frühstück sehr gut ! Lage für uns perfekt, da Christmas Garden besucht wurde ! Gäünstiger ausgangspunkt für Besuch in Dresden !
Cafe, Schokoladerie und andere Gaststätten in der Nähe !

Cons:

Leider konnte wir an einem Abend nicht im Hotelrestaurant speisen, da eine Veranstaltung stattfand !

sehr schöne Tage in barockem Ambiente
Pros:

Prima Lage, direkt neben dem Chrismas Garden. Gute Verkehrsverbindung in die Innenstadt. Reichhaltiges Frühstück und super Service. Sehr freundliches Personal. Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt.

Cons:

Am Haupteingang befindet sich die Raucherecke. Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt darüber und empfanden es als störend, wenn man nachts bis 24.00 Uhr unten lachende und erzählende Besucher hat. Zudem steigt der Rauch ins Zimmer. Leider können wir aber bei geschlossenem Fenster auch nicht schlafen...

Pros:

Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll, es war alles perfekt.
Die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und eine Frau total lieb, ich war auf Kaffee suche und sie hat mich gerettet,so konnte der Tag starten. Die Lage wunderschön.
Definitiv kommen wir wieder

Pros:

המלון מקסים. אווירה נעימה וחמה. הצוות נחמד ועוזר. החדר נהדר, נקי מאוד, המיטה נוחה והכל היה מושלם. ארוחת הבוקר שהוגשה היתה טעימה ומגוונת. מיקום המלון מושלם, גם לטיולים בסביבה וגם לביקורים בדרזדן היפה. הגנים מסביב למלון ובאיזור המלון נהדרים גם החורף. נהננו מאוד.
