The Hotel is beautiful. The facilities are fabulous. Beautiful spa & leisure facilities. The staff went out of their way to make the stay relaxing & enjoyable. Nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend it.

We thought room with breakfast was great value for money, with access to the leisure facilities. Grounds were lovely to walk round too.
The drinks with our meal were, as expected, quite expensive.

Spa - when we arrived in the spa there were
No seats to sit by the pool. We wanted to use the jacuzzi but it was full so then tried the sauna and steam but these were also full. When we sat in the pool we found it overrun with kids splashing.
We were quite disappointed by this and left soon after
Rooms ok - need more sound proofing / quieter closing doors.
Carpets needed a clean, bathroom dated and tired.
The staff we so friendly and helpful. Really nice breakfast, comfy bed and lovely location.
No ev chargers which I found surprising given their efforts to be environmentally friendly and location

Room smelt odd and bathroom a little shabby shower not fully working. Staff in bar area not as pleasant as reception staff ...was like they really couldn't be bothered
