The hotel grounds are stunning. Breakfast was lovely. Nice swimming pool. Exceptional staff - people working there make the place special.Everyone is smiling, helpfull and trying their absolutely best to help you. They are wonderful.

Grounds were beautiful. Restaurants and food was lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful
The pillows were extremely uncomfortable and had no support. The bathroom was slightly grubby, could do with a touch up of paint.

Our bathroom. The shower was hard to turn on and was angled badly. The shower door didn’t fit so our bathroom flooded. Worryingly it was dry when we returned after breakfast- not sure where the water disappeared to

Let down by staff at night ,who showed no empathy when we had to cut short our stay, in fact we're almost dismissive of our predicament

Super clean and a gorgeous property we got our room upgraded to priory suite and the views were honestly superb , booked to come back next week we loved it so much :) spa is lovely and clean and the facilities were exceptional
Nothing really apart from paying slightly more than usual but I did book it one day before our stay so that is my fault not the hotels, as next week we have booked to come back and it’s half the price !
