Beautiful buildings, very good leisure and golf facilities.
Noise from golfing groups. Doors banging late at night and early mornings.
We informed the reception staff and suggested that in future the hotel clearly displays some appropriately placed signs asking groups to close doors quietly and to respect other staying guests. We have stayed at numerous hotels that display such signs/notices. This may have been a ‘one-off’, but it did happen on BOTH nights of our stay. Overall a great place to stay, but given the price point, we would anticipate that a certain level of conduct should be clearly made clear for ALL guests, golf players or not. We hope that these comments are acted upon by the establishment for future guests.
Great service, facilities were good, breakfast was nice.
Bedroom was comfortable but AC was not working, and bathroom was not cleaned - hence maintenance team had to come and clean the bathroom.
Location and staff was great
The scenery and setting of the grounds were beautiful. All staff were very courteous and friendly.
Use of a wheelchair was a little awkward but kept me fit. The hotel did prewarn us and offered the use of a golf buggy to assist if we needed it.
The hotel was attached to a golf course so carparks and area was very busy.
Very nice hotel, with beautiful views and grounds.
Facilities are also great, we enjoyed the swimming pool in particular and it was really nice and warm.
Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean with everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
There are really minor things that weren't too bad but could be better, like our bathroom door was squeaky, so not ideal if not everyone is awake.
And the way how the golfers park at the parking makes it a bit tight and not easy to park.
But overall no problems and we are very happy, and probably will come back again!
