Le service pourrait être amélioré. Nous étions 5 ils l’avaient confirmé la possibilité de mettre un lit d’appoint. A mon arrivée ce n’était pas possible, mais quand je leur ai montré nos échanges alors plus aucun problème. J’ai du demandé plusieurs fois pour que les lits de mes filles sont préparées. Nous avions réservé pour 5 mais rien n’avait été préparé en ce sens… franchement le cadre est sublime mais le service pourrait être grandement amélioré pour le prix payé

Some of the food in the Spanish restaurant was just OK!
Perfect.Well located with very efficient staff.Ms Sara at Conciergerie very kindly organised our trips and transports.Breakfast has a great vaiety with the best Harira I have tasted.Staff very polite and ready to help.Moroccan and Spanish restaurants very lively with delicious meals. Vichy Thermal baths Moulay Yacoob is a must.

Le petit dejeuner est exceptionnellement delicieux. Les restaurants sont incroyables ainsi que la déco de l interieur de l'hôtel, j'ai bien du interireur de l'hotel mais pas des chambres.
L'accueil totalement baclé. C etait à moi de poser les questions concernant la piscine et le petit dej etc.
Les chambres ne sont vraiment pas a la hauteur du 5 étoile. Tête de lit en cuir dechiré.

Le prix surcote pour la qualité de l’hôtel jugé 5 étoiles. Habitué des établissements Accor pullman Sofitel ou autre je pensais retrouver les mêmes standards… le personnel du restaurant espagnol très décevant et non professionnels.

Merci à ceux du bouquet garni plus professionnels. Mais je trouve très et même trop cher pour la qualité de l’hôtel et le service rendu. Je ne pense pas y retourner
I had a wonderful spa experience at the Marriott Jnan Palace, and I especially want to thank Dalal for her excellent care. She was professional, kind, and very skilled, and her calming manner made the whole treatment even more relaxing. Her attention to detail and warm attitude truly stood out. I highly recommend booking with Dalal if you visit the spa.

Dear Mr. Hein Broekhoven,
I am writing in response to your survey invitation regarding my recent stay at Fes Marriott Hotel Jnan Palace from March 11 to March 13, 2026. Unfortunately, my experience was not merely disappointing. It reflected a systemic service breakdown and a significant deviation from Marriott’s expected five star standards.
It is important to highlight that this was my second booking within the same month, and I had been explicitly assured that my return visit would be handled with a higher level of care and attention. Regrettably, the opposite occurred, which raises serious concerns regarding credibility, consistency, and guest commitment.
From the outset, it was evident that there is a critical gap in service culture and operational discipline. The staff demonstrated a noticeable lack of professional courtesy, anticipatory service, and refined guest engagement, all of which are fundamental pillars in luxury hospitality. What I encountered instead was a transactional, disengaged, and at times indifferent attitude, which is unacceptable at this level.
Equally concerning was the substandard housekeeping and presentation standards, particularly in areas where attention to detail should be uncompromising. This indicates a deficiency in internal supervision and quality control, raising serious concerns about management oversight.
The performance of waitstaff across the lobby, café, and in house restaurants was consistently underwhelming. Service delivery lacked energy, attentiveness, and professionalism, creating an atmosphere that felt uninspired and operationally fatigued rather than elegant and welcoming.
Furthermore, the overall staff conduct strongly suggests a deeper structural issue related to workforce conditions.
