Personnel exceptionnel ( piscine, ménage , restauration) du simple agent au cadre responsable…gentillesse, compréhension. Au restaurant français excellente réception du responsable et des serveurs

Bel hotel mais...
Pros:

Bel hotel avec du caractère situé au milieu d'un grand jardin et donc au calme.
Chambres très confortables et vastes.
Belle piscine
Choix de restaurants

Cons:

Si on ne vient pas en voiture c'est la galère.
Très difficile de prendre un taxi (cout 20 dihrams pour la médina) et ce n'est pas le problème de l'hotel. Donc la seule proposition est un vtc à 150 dihrams pour chaque trajet

Pros:

Disappointed with the room and its infrastructure which seems is old. Internal phone was not working. A/c not working.
In the second room, the shower knob was broken. When complained, technician would pretend to be fixing it but had no will to really fix. Possibly he knew that he couldn’t fix due to old equipments.
Staff overall were very courteous.

Dining room - Bodn stood out with his service and willingness to help.

Spa - Dalal was a true professional and excelled in her art of Hammam.

Hotel is magnificent. Just need to fix the old infrastructure
