Pros:

In a good location
Secure parking
Cafe next door is great

Cons:

Arrived to a double room instead of a twin, we booked a premium twin, despite emailing the hotel beforehand, still had a double. Had to go to reception with little English and explain, we were then exchanged to a standard triple with no offer of a partial refund for the difference in the premium room.
This was all extremely inconvenient with all our motorcycle baggage etc.
Pool wasn't heated.
