Very comfortable bed and had both a bath and a shower - which I love.Also very easy for connecting to terminals as we had to do at 04.30am. Must add that the check in clerk was friendly and efficient too.

10/10, Highly Recommend
Pros:

Great experience, I would highly recommend! This was one of the best sleeps I've gotten in a while. The location is incredibly easy to get to. The atmosphere, amenities and value are 10/10! Super clean and could barely hear any noise. My flight got cancelled and all the staff did a wonderful job receiving us when me (and others) felt tired from the flight delays and cancellation.
I had breakfast at the Garden Restaurant where I was welcomed by Rinku - he is so friendly and did such a great job welcoming me for breakfast. I also had lunch at Amy's Bar where I was greeted by Joseph - absolutely wonderful! He added to the amazing experience, and provided amazing customer service. Thank you both, Rinku and Joseph!

Pros:

Loved the fact that it was airconditioned..love the bed and the cleanliness of the hotel..we were upgraded as we are on nearly all our stays at Gatwick Hilton( our number 1 choice ) when visiting the UK..so all in all it was a pretty great night
