Great for early morning flights
The mattress for the baby crib was far too hard, we couldn’t use it.
Perfect location
Reception staff was rude. No room service. Room wasn’t very clean.
Bedrooms are fine and value for th eprice
There are 2 major problems , that are exactly the same as when I stayed here 4 months ago
1. It is difficult to find the Hotel from railway station and from Arrivals. This time I knew where the Hotel was , but still got lost within the multi storey carpark that you have to traverse to get to Hotel. There needs to be substantially better signage towards the Hotel from the station and Arrivals.
2. There was a long queue to check in to Hotel . The procedures seem more complicated than other airport hotels and in both of my visits time was taken because I could not rapidly understand the accent of the receptionist.
Lovely room close to south terminal
Nothing
Good size room, food available and nice bar area. Amazingly quiet, especially considering the location - basically part of the airport so you can leave your room and get to the airport desk without having to step outside. No taxi necessary. Perfect for an early morning flight.

The restaurants were soulless and food was average. We felt like we’re just in the restaurant for food and not a nice meal. Also the restaurant we were in was very cold. We and many other people moved table but it was still cold.
