They didn’t have a plug to fit my CPAP machine. When I asked at the desk, they said they had a converter, but when I went to the desk, they didn’t.

Lovely room and staff but the lack of sound proofing between the rooms shocked us.
Pros:

Overall the room was good and the size of bed excellent.

Cons:

We could not believe the level of noise entering our room from the neighbouring room. They were only talking but we could not believe the level of noise. Thankfully the noise stopped at around 11.30 as we had an early flight on the morning. This experience has put us off using Hilton Gatwick in the future.

Very disappointed this time

Cons:

Everything else, didn't arrive until 2am, said we had been upgraded to a family room, but on the 4th floor, we do not have kids other guests were extremely noisy, kept awake, too late to complain about noise, then mono rail started at 5am every 5 minutes, we were supposed to check out until 12 but vacated room early, not impressed.
