Staff were friendly
My room was joined to another via an internal door. This meant that I could hear every word of their conversation and got woken up by them at 4am
The resturant that serves breakfast good.
Arriving and receptionist was incompetant. We were tired and it took ages.

I arrived by NE it wasn’t easy to find the entrance to the hotel, no sign 🪧 absolutely nothing
Easy acess to the airport. Comfortable. Clean.
Not particularly good value for money.
Overall room etc and faciities were excellent. Location overlooking road entrance allowed us to sleep with light coming in instead of a light on within the room, The Duvet on the bed was tucked in at the bottom and we were unable to pull the duvet over our shoulders.
The thickness of the duvet and and the duvet placed lower than the pillows. To elivate this we had to turn up the temperature of the room. On reflextion, the position of the duvet would have been resolved by releasing the bottom from the weight of the mattress. We will keep this in mind when we next visit this hotel.
The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the airport terminals, which is very practical for early flights. The room was clean, tidy, and the bed was comfortable.
The only downside was the breakfast. As I had to leave very early, the staff kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for me. However, I expected a better selection, especially with some fresh options. It would have been nice to have something like a fresh sandwich or healthier items instead of mainly packaged snacks. The box included a packaged chocolate pastry, a sweet bar, and a small drink.

The convenience of the location, although quite a distance from the terminal, was a gentle walk with luggage on a trolley and no changing of levels (that I remember). The room was adequate and unremarkable, but comfortable for a one-night stay.
For the price, the room could have had better tea/coffee provided.
