Apart from the attitude of the dinner waitress, pretty good.

Great position - reception staff were very friendly

Cons:

Our waitress at dinner was not so good. It felt like she didn't care about service (could almost say she has attitude). She got our clear pre-dinner drinkk order wrong. I don't expect much in a transitory place like an airport hotel but a little friendliness should be a minimum in a waitress

Pros:

Kann ich nicht sagen, es war eine Enttäuschung.

Cons:

Für den gehobenen Preis hätte ich auch eine gehobenere Ausstattung im Zimmer erwartet. Das Zimmer ist klein und das Personal hat nachts ewig gebraucht, bis wir eingecheckt waren. Dabei nicht mit uns kommuniziert, warum es so lange dauert, sondern uns einfach stehengelassen. Enttäuschend!
