Excellent service in the restaurant
Pros:

We had our evening meal at the hotel. The food was lovely. We were served by Asmita. Very pleasant and very attentive. She told us she had only recently started working in the restaurant.

Well, judging by her courteous manner and professional manner it was difficult to tell she was a new starter

Nice suite and good value
Pros:

We stayed in the Presidential Suite and overall had a very pleasant stay. The suite was beautiful, luxurious and modern, and the hotel felt like good value for money. The staff were super friendly, the executive lounge was nice, the shower was ”fancy” (albeit with poor water pressure), and the smart toilet was a cool addition. It was also convenient for getting to the Virgin Upper Class Wing via a quick taxi ride. The main downside was that the bed was only semi comfortable, which unfortunately prevents me from giving them a full five stars. That being said, I still thought that it was a very good stay and I will return.

Pros:

breakfast and staff are wonderful.
we stayed really comfortable at the hotel.
I have been to many hilton hotels before but this Hilton hotel was the best.

Cons:

we arrived at the airport pretty late and hard to find the hotel.
because one of the train to go to terminal 4? was broken so had to ask multiple people.
but this is not the Hilton's problem. I had no issues with the hotel

0 status treated badly
Pros:

Horrible location for a hotel! I don’t have status with Hilton so they treat you badly. Placed me in a room with a broken AC unit. WiFi and cellular service was weak. I had to call downstairs twice. They gave me the WiFi code and sent someone to fix the air conditioner. Why so many issues.? Hilton is not a good hotel chain. That’s why I spend all my money with Marriott.

Great stay.
Pros:

Had a great stay. Super food and amazing staff. Loved the breakfast (second to none) and brilliant service from Semiramis during breakfast, keeping me topped up with coffee and juice. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Executive Lounge
Pros:

The Executive lounge at this Hilton hotel is the best I have been to. The staff Izzy, Omar and Karen are what make this place special. The Evening reception is also the best I have had in any Hilton Executive lounge. The food is always varied with hot and cold options and presented perfectly. They have a great selection of drinks as well.
I have been here many times before and Karen is always welcoming and friendly and keeps the place running very smoothly.
I have been a Hilton Diamond member for many years and this is definitely my favourite executive lounge, it’s what keeps bringing me back to this hotel.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

The hotel had that wow factor from the minute you walk in. Our room was big and the bed was so comfortable. Lovely bathroom
The bridge to the arrivals lounge made it so easy to head to the next part of our journey

Amazing service for sunday breakfast at the hotel.

Apart from wonderful breakfast the service provided is excellent.

Ayesha, Jitender and Sumara were serving us and they made the experience worthwhile.

A decent compromise in terms of price, comfort and time to reach terminals
Pros:

Modern hotel arranged in the fashionable style around a huge central atrium; it worked for me. My room faced into the atrium so was completely quiet even so close to the flight path. Didn't use the restaurant but it looked pleasant and did use the bar, which was fine. Good value among Heathrow hotels of a similar standard. Once you've walked along the covered walkway to Terminal 4, access to other terminals using tube or train is pretty quick.

Cons:

The walkway is long and the Hilton is at the very end of it; some other hotels are a bit closer. The walkway is protected from rain apart from, curiously, the last few metres. Not a bad compromise though compared to paying a lot more for the (very few) true in-terminal Heathrow hotels, or grappling with the delays of bus transport from the "off campus" hotels.

Pros:

Hotel was great. Service was exceptional. The staff were incredible- front the front desk to the porters- in particular a gentleman named Dean and a very helpful porter with such valuable local knowledge- it was excellent
