A very good experience. Breakfast was great. Gloria made it specially beautiful beautiful she came over our table, introduced herself, and asked about our stay.
The hotel is excellent, my fourth time staying here. The breakfast crew are amazing, Sumara, Levisha, Gloria who makes amazing omelettes, Chef Philip, Pretima. All gave me above and beyond service. We cancelled another hotel just to come back here. It feels like a second home.

My wife and I had a great experience at this hotel as we stayed overnight waiting for our morning flight back to the US. The hotel is clean and welcoming, and features a unique atrium style lobby and restaurant that invites a feeling of calm. The highlight of our stay was the omelette that Gloria, the chef, made us in the morning for breakfast service. Gloria was kind and professional and the omelette was so good I had to let her know after I had finished it. If you have an early flight and need a hotel near Heathrow this is a great spot to stay!
Staying here is always a joy. It is convenient and easy for travel out of Heathrow. The restaurant is also a delight. Good food and exceptional service. Tonight my server was Chanel. Super attentive and service with a smile. What more could you ask for when traveling the globe.

Outstanding service! Rooms were clean. Beds are comfortable. The fitness center is excellent. The breakfast bar which was included in our room rate was excellent. I would specifically like to give Murphy a shout out for outstanding customer service. Thanks for the great stay and looking forward to our next visit.
This Hilton is my fav hotel in the Heathrow area, conveniently located and always delighted by Sumara and Ayesha’s great hospitality at breakfast and dinner.
Fantastic location, close to the terminal and undercover walk. Parking available onsite is very handy, although expensive. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable with all amenities you need.
