We loved this hotel. From the minute we got there, the staff was absolutely 100% great! From the front desk, the OXBO restaurant, and even the room attendants went above and beyond to be kind and helpful.
The OXBO restaurant served my wife and I one of the best meals we have ever had. Honestly. Dinner. The maitre d' was super and our server Karen was very nice.
Even the people who serve the dishes were pleasant.
Breakfast is something special. It is buffet style, but done very well.
Our servers Aiesha, Natalia, and the omelet lady (didn't get her name) were perfect. Kind and attentive.
The hotel is easy to get to and SOUNDPROOF. Slept like a baby.
The building itself is architecturaly intesesting and the back area has a nice garden an neat okd Airstream food trailer.
Such a cool place.
We arrived for a one night stay on the 30th of July, 2026. We are Diamond members, and were staying in a King room.
The walk over from Terminal 4 was easy and quick.
We were checked in by a lovely person; however, I am not putting her name here, because of the room she assigned us to, and I don't know if it was accidental or on purpose.
Upon arrival, she told us she was upgrading us to an executive level room, Room 440.
When we arrived in the room, a series of issues occurred. First of all, the room we booked (standard King) as well as all executive level rooms are supposed to come with a walk in rain shower. This room had no shower and only a tub. It was very difficult to get in and out of the tub as well.
There were so many other issues with this room, including the bathroom fan which was taped to the wall. There was no hair conditioner in this room. The air conditioning was absolutely horrible and hardly worked at all. The wifi is not good in this room and it keeps going in and out.
I will also go over the positive aspects, which include the Executive Lounge, and breakfast at Oxbo. Both of these were excellent experiences and should be commended.
However, due to not getting the room I promised and all of the other issues with the room, this reservation should be reviewed, and I am probably owed a partial refund and/or some points. I will await a call from someone from the hotel
Lovely people, great food and cocktails and wonderful service
As a 40th Wedding Anniversary gift my wife and I were treated to a nights stay at the Hilton Hotel, Heathrow Airport, before we embarked on a 3 week tour of Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia.
On our arrival we were greeted by Anita who gave us a full rundown of the facilities available.
At the bar we began a conversation with some members of the bar staff and were treated to some wonderful insights into the many benefits of working for Hilton Worldwide and in particular the Hilton Hotel at Heathrow Airport.
After some pre dinner drinks and a visit to the restaurant we walked out into the garden to take a look at the Bee Hives and vegetable plots that are used to supply some of the food for the kitchen.
A special mention to Franky, Shenell, Avilton, Marcos & Anu for making the start of our holiday so memorable.
I have stayed here many times, either alone, with my girlfriend, or with my mum. All of those stays were 5 star experience.
The staff were always pleasant. In fact, lost my Bose headphones in the hotel during my stay in April, and it was returned safely without fuss.
The hotel is located 7 minutes walk through covered walkways to Terminal 4 check in area, which connects easily to Terminal 2&3 and 5 through free intra-airport underground/Elizabeth line/Heathrow express services.
The breakfast is of very good quality with omelette station.
The noise level, surprisingly, is minimal. I am a light sleeper who wears earplugs most nights, but I can fall asleep (and stay that way) without those here. I couldn't hear the plane at all even in the peak afternoon landing period.
Given its location, connectivity, and the £150-250 price range, along with free breakfast for Hilton loyalty status (or a c.£20 upcharge per room) and a lovely executive lounge with substantial canapés during happy hours, it represents exceptional value.
good breakfast, pleasant staff and comfortable bed for an unexpected stay
electric connections for tech in room could be updated to include USB- C
