Ease to T 4
Nothing
High quality location
Pricelevel drinks
Close to terminal and train station. Perfect for early morning flight
Very expensive food
Early flight from Terminal 4
Assistance to the terminal maybe?
Dinner time burger £24 + service charge. Way too expensive
One of those dull hotels with no personality but very close to the terminal. 3 minutes walk.
The restaurant food wasn't bad.
quite hard to find the walkway to the hotel as it isnt well signed and starts on the first floor.
Close proximity to LHR T4 and ease of accessing airport.
Comfortable room and beds. Ideal for overnight stay before flight.
Nothing
Got charge 3 times for the room and still not fixed the issue
Perfect location for Heathrow parking, then walking to hotel and walking to Terminal 4 in the morning. Clean and comfortable bed, spacious standard room.
We put our passports and money in the safe, then come the morning the battery had gone flat, staff frantically trying to break into the safe, successful after an hour, but the way in which this was handled was poor, without proper procedures for this, their battery backup plug was flat and they didn’t have proper tools. I contacted hotel afterwards to ensure they change their procedures to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else, on the morning of your flight! Thankfully their customer service rep Izzy Camball was excellent and took care of my concerns for future proofing.
This Hilton London airport hotel offers an exceptional experience with a truly amazing team. Special thanks to the restaurant staff, particularly Sumara, Gloria, and the manager, for their outstanding service, warmth, and dedication. Thank you for taking such pride in your work—Bravo Zulu!
Our experience at the breakfast buffet was very enjoyable. The manager personally walked us around the buffet explaining to us the foods that would agree with our dietary choices, he took the time. Sumara, our server was attentive at the right moments and always had a smile to share.
Clean, fresh, nice menu. Perfect for the stop over for an early flight
Nothing
Desk staff and wait staff in the restaurant attentive and hard working. Bed large and bathroom clean and functional.
Noise level in the room low from outside (though some transmission from corridor, so dependent on your neighbours)
The first room we were offered smelt strongly of overflowing drains - needed to relocate with luggage immediately on arrival.
As many have complained about before the room thermostat for the second room was way off - room was unmanageably hot.
King room barely big enough to open a case in and lighting in the room poorly thought out - made managing our stay more stressful than was necessary.
Coffee in the morning was awful (from a machine but tasted appalling even by machine coffee expectations!), breakfast was poor quality food (dry pastry, sparse sad looking fruit collection etc)
Overall fell way short of expected quality for the luxury price tag. If considering using as a facility to reduce the stress of an early flight, I'd recommend a cheaper hotel elsewhere and spending the money on a taxi
