A localização é excelente e as acomodações são muito boas também.

Cons:

O pequeno almoço, ou seja, o café da manhã deixa a desejar. Os funcionários não repõem com agilidade e as mesas ficam sujas. Isso precisaria ser melhorado!

Nice old fashioned hotel in the heart of Porto
Pros:

Nice clean and not very expensive hotel near city center and metro station

Cons:

When the food was over ( cheese, bread, ham ) the staff wasn’t fulfilling it quickly , although it was still 1 hour more till the end of breakfast time.

Ubicación y complejidad del parque dentro de un centro comercial con diferentes ascensores para entrar y salir... Y no me gustó en absoluto que el secador de la habitación no funcionara en toda la estancia.... Pedi dos cafés cortados y tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos cogerlos de la máquina expendedora del buffet... Lo que ya no me pareció tanto detalle fue cobrar seis euros por dos cafés dentro de un hotel que ya has pagado el alojamiento.... Salía más caro el café dentro del hotel que fuera en cualquier cafetería...feo detalle... Creo que fue un precio excesivo. Y otro detalle que no comprendo es que con el tiempo en el que estamos no haya nada más que un enchufe de un lado de la cama ... del otro lado estábamos castigados sin enchufes... El otro enchufe de la habitación estaba entre el baño y la puerta de entrada al ras casi del rodapié.... Auténticos malabares para cargar los distintos móviles, relojes y baterías de cámara fotográfica.... En fin... Problemas a subsanar tal vez

Pros:

Location very good alltought it was up on the hill but near the metro station and ,mercado and shopping center

Cons:

The breakfast is very very basic without a tomato,cucamber or olive .The room was without fridge After reclamation and in 2days we receive one.
