Our stay was great. Will recommend the hotel to my family and friends.
Pros:

As we arrived maybe a couple of hours earlier on check in time, the lady in charge of the service desk , did allowed us to check in a little earlier.
Very friendly and helpful staff.

A perfect quiet clean place for a couples quick getaway !
Pros:

Close to venues, restaurants, and shopping! Nothing was more than 10 minutes! The room was nice, clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable! Loved our quick stay for a concert!! Free breakfast to top it off and that was delicious too!

Pros:

Piscina interior, cercanía de lugares para comer/comprar algo. El desayuno bien completo self attended con muy buen servicio de los encargados. Amplio salón para esperas fuera del horario de check out lo que hizo agradable nuestra espera.

Cons:

Llegamos tarde y había otro Sprinhill en las cercanías y llegamos ahi por error. El personal nocturno poco amable, solo lo justo para recibirnos a esa hora.

We’ve stayed at a lot worse close to DFW airport, so I guess it wasn’t too bad.

Cons:

Saw a big bug crawling down the hallway. They also did not give us a wake-up call they that was requested. And I found a hair in the sink that was the wrong color or length for either of ours. The help was very helpful.

Pros:

The staff was kind and helpful during our late check-in. The front desk attendant was courteous and professional. The breakfast was very good, with eggs that served as a carnivore-friendly option.

Pros:

Excellent location to the highway, and the hotel had a shuttle service for the airport and anywhere within 5 miles. Everything was very clean and staff were very friendly. The room was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure and hot water. The TV had Netflix.

Cons:

I run hot and had to run AC almost constantly, and it was pretty loud
