Weekend family city break
Pros:

Great location. Quiet neighbourhood,’located conveniently across a footbridge from CBD.
Balcony with river views.

Cons:

Apartment was functional, but lacked warmth (eg: nothing on the walls) and was wearing (eg: carpet was old)

A Great Location
Pros:

Great spot - amazing views of the river, ferry stop out the front. Quiet and convenient to everything. The unit was spacious, with a full laundry, full kitchen and a comfortable bed. Good value for the price.

Cons:

It needs painting and some of the furniture is tired. The bathrooms were functional but in need of renovation. The shower in the ensuite had clear windows which was not very private.

Fabulous location .. next to ferry. Lovely gardens and right next to river
Pros:

Fabulous room on top, floor fabulous view. Great size apartment and clean. Everything you need. Excellent WiFi and free. Huge tv

Cons:

Had a few visitors. Informed reception but it didn't spoil our trip. We will use the apartment again.

Excellent as always, I’ll be back
Pros:

Good parking, wifi, air conditioning, kitchen, tv, view, blockout curtains, and always cleaned to an excellent level. And the rooms and amenities are all very similar no matter which apartment I get. I also love the no party rule and that the sound proofing must be great as I never hear anyone else.

A little disappointed

Cons:

Oven didn’t work tried after hours number no response. Advised staff next day on check out to be told on means off on the power board for oven. I dont think as a guest I should need to be messing with the main power board. Perhaps this should have been advised in the room as it meant we couldn’t cook our Xmas dinner in the room and had to go down and use bbq which want really ideal. Had also requested a room with two singles and got two queen rooms with one rollaway bed. This wasn’t great either as we were all adults and not really wanting a rollaway.

Pros:

Nice hotel, good parking

Cons:

No food on site or close. Stay was for a visit to St Vincent’s hospital. Due to the location of the busy roads, even though as the crow flies it was 200 metres the walk was 1.2 km

My Husband and I had a wonderful time celebrating our wedding anniversary there and will return again.
Pros:

The views from the one bedroom deluxe apartment of the Brisbane River and the city was wonderful. The swimming pool was lovely. The apartment was quiet, large and had lovely modern furniture and bathroom.
Could easily access the city cats by a short ferry across the river.Could also easily walk to the city with the new walkway bridge connecting Kangaroo Pt . The concierge at reception was very friendly and very helpful , he was able to fix the dishwasher drawer.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have the restaurant or cafe up and running as it was many years ago.
However I think this will be happening soon.

Not worth the price.

The location was great.

Cons:

The unit was very tired. The carpet was threadbare. The unit had a stale musty smell. The shower curtain had lots of black mold. When plugging in a phone charger in the living room, we noticed something in the corner that resembled food but did not examine closely. When I brought it up to the front desk, I was told that the deluxe units were refurbished and I should book one of those next time. I asked if they were cleaner and got a "deer in the headlights" stare from the front desk clerk. Seriously doubt the shower curtain will be replaced or even washed.
