Our regular holiday house in Brisbane
Pros:

The position of the apartment is fantastic. The new bridge made easy access to the cbd, botanical garden, and south bank. Surrounding restaurants is great, too. Clean and neat rooms and views from the balcony are great. Overall, it is a very comfortable apartment.

Cons:

It may be great to have spare towels and strainer for the kitchen.

Great experience lovely staff. Great of cooking in Appartments’s no where to eat out.

Cons:

Nothing around the area to eat with out quite a walk. Needs to look at this as guest have to go away to eat out.

An older hotel but with good old fashioned customer service.
Pros:

Exceptional customer service. Location.

Cons:

The bathroom is very old. Dark and no water pressure. There are fire alarms that go off even if you have the shower on and don’t close the door! There are warning signs everywhere.

It is fine to have a short stay
Pros:

View is good as it is right near the river. It is good to have a morning walk to the botanical garden right on the other side of the river.

Cons:

The location is a bit isaloated. Hard to find a place to have dinner nearby, though it is not far walking to the city. The room inside looks antique.

Uncomfortable - ended up living out of one room and having to buy food each day

View, location and facilities staff were excellemnt

Cons:

My room was infested with cockroaches. Reported to desk and facilities treated the room twice - still kept appearing. They were concentrated in the kitchen but were also in the lounge, laundry and bathroom. Unfortunately, o other free rooms were available to move into. No discount or refund was offered in lieu
I spent money on groceries for the week and had to throw them all out due to waking the morning after check in to find roaches through it all.

Cons:

Rooms are nice but tired. Was in a deluxe but it needed some upgrades to furniture, floors and general appearance. Paying extra for parking.

Staff was amazing to both myself and grandchildren
Pros:

We were met by "Mark" at reception an absolute professional at his job. great sense of humour, Courteous, mindful (patient as I bought my 2 grandchildren who were asking questions about what they could do), helpful with activities and sights for myself and grandchildren - Onsite night manager was also very good, key card did not work and was available once called (after hours).

Cons:

Having to go to work and not enjoying more of city.
