Safe and clean

Cons:

Only thing negative is the tea hot water container should be dedicated to hot water. There were actually coffee grounds in the cup of water and it tasted if coffee.

I was expecting exceptional yet what I experienced was just plain normal.
Pros:

I could not enjoy the breakfast nor have a simple cup of coffee. The food and coffee was scheduled to open until 7:00 AM. That schedule was a bit too late for me. Very disappointing to not get a cup of coffee to start my day.

Cons:

The bathroom and shower area was unique and clean, yet the water pressure at the shower was a bit weak.

Location was perfect for what we needed. Staff super friendly, pretty helpful.

Cons:

A/C was loud. Less than stellar cleanliness, smears on flat surfaces, dirt, hair in bathroom. Shower door leaked, regardless of how the doors were positioned. Housekeeping comes every other day, but doesn't refill coffee in room. Went to desk to get some, requested non decaf - guess what we were given. Confusing signage regarding breakfast - what tier level got what (free breakfast, continental, $10 credit, etc). ended up with an over priced, lesser quality breakfast.
