Hemos quedado encantados con la atención recibida por parte de todo el personal del hotel, impecable en todos los niveles. Con motivo de mi cumpleaños, tuvieron la amable deferencia de ofrecernos un upgrade de habitación y dos bebidas de cortesía, un gesto que apreciamos especialmente. La información y los consejos proporcionados por el personal fueron siempre muy profesionales y acertados. El desayuno es excelente y de gran calidad. En conjunto, nuestra estancia fue tan agradable que incluso logramos olvidar el mal tiempo y la incesante lluvia.
