Pros:

Very comfortable bed. Nice room, clean with everything I needed.

Cons:

There was nowhere to have a snack/drink if breakfast was missed. There was a restaurant open for lunch but I really think there should be somewhere to get a coffee and a snack between times.

Amazing staff and hotel was a special stay with my partner and family.
Pros:

The rooms were great food was brilliant lovely breakfast and evening meal. Staff were amazing especially David who went above and beyond for myself, my partner and my parents who have made their first trip to China.

Not the Hotel I remember or enjoyed for the past 10 years when coming to China
Pros:

Since the branding and ownership change several years back, the Hotel has lost its lustre as a great Hoel for international visitors. It now presents much more in the theme of a reasonable Chinese Hotel.

Cons:

The Executive Lounge has gone and the Happy Hour offering is not the same value as the Executive Lounge priviliges gave to guests, so the exclusive nature and private retreat offered to executive level guests devalues the proposition
