The people stomping all over my head all day all night the cat smell from next door I try to book it all together at once and they wouldn't help me out to change my date because I made a mistake and I tried to call booking and I couldn't get in touch with him and I asked that manager and he wouldn't even help me out after I paid all that money to stay here for 2 weeks

Pros:

I like the room. It was very clean comfortable and the place was very quiet.

Cons:

The font desk guy was very rude not only me but to other people he accused me of smoking when I don't even smoke. I believe that he judges people by just looking at them. He was just so rude and disrespectful.
