Not much.
Noisy. Initially the AC and television were not working and maintenance had to come in - very inconvenient.
Room next door very loud at 110pm , lasting for over an hour.
Easy check in, quiet, clean. Decent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Good value.

A reserva foi confirmada com duas semanas de antecedência. O valor foi pago e debitado através do cartão de crédito. No momento do check in fui informada que minha reserva não foi confirmada. Ocorre que recebi o e-mail de confirmação e o valor pela acomodação foi pago com antecedência. Assim sendo, como o hotel pode não permitir o check in, alegando problemas com meu cartão de crédito, se a reserva já estava paga? Fui obrigada a pagar por outro quarto, porque mesmo apresentando a confirmação da reserva e do pagamento, o atendente do hotel disse que o problema somente poderia ser resolvido através do booking. Procurei o booking e nada foi resolvido. Fui informada que nāo obtiveram resposta da acomodação. Por todo o exposto, considero que os serviços prestados pelo booking e pelo hotel deixam bastante a desejar. Vou pensar duas vezes antes de utilizar novamente os serviços de ambos. É lamentável.
The breakfast typical of this type of hotel with a HUGE exception. They have stopped using styrofoam and plastics. It made a huge difference not only for the environment but also in actually eating breakfast. BTW the lovely lady in charge of the kitchen greeted everyone with a smile! Room had been updated a bit so was comfortable, it had everything you need. Plenty of free parking is a real plus to this property as well as it's location to everything.
Since I was staying for 5 nights I thought it would have been nice to have a room with a better position and not a window partly blocked by a wall.

I didn't like the fact that a dog kept barking on the 4th floor at 330amuntil 430am. And someone kept knocking on my room door from 10am until check-out every 15mins

Place was very clean and also very spacious. Hotel offered a lot of commodities and was very close to a lot of walkable food places.
The room was nice and clean. The cleaning service was every other day. Worked out well for my needs
I was in town for work. Check-in & check-out were a breeze, the room was spacious and had everything I needed for the couple of days I stayed like the microwave and full-size fridge (didn't use the stovetop but glad it was available!) I only ate breakfast the last day I stayed since I had no time the other days, but there were plenty of options! The location is also so convenient since there's restaurants and shops around. I wouldn't mind going back in the future.
I was aware of the 10$ parking fee after booking so wasn't surprised at check-in, but yeah pretty pricey. There was also a random piece of bolt/nut below the A/C, and a sticky-looking stain on the corner wall that I saw when I laid down on the bed. The bed was too soft for me as well.
I really wish that there would be a little more breakfast options meaning different types of eggs
Very professional and clean and respectful! Fresh breakfast everyday! Hot coffee and cold juice were a delight! Fresh water and welcoming atmosphere ! Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Additional shopping and more restaurants across the street at the mall. I also enjoyed the poolside and jacuzzi! My family also loved it! We will definitely have to go back the next time we have to go to the area.
