I think the hotel was very clean, I am very impressed with how clean and neat everything was. Check in staff were very friendly.

Impeccable stay! This lovely hotel was clean, fresh, and perfectly located for travelers. The room was outfitted expertly with everything we needed, wanted, and requested. The bed was so comfortable, the a/c was quiet, and the amenities were appropriate. We loved the thoughtful friendly staff and would come back through anytime!!

The absolute worst customer service from LEVINA... rude, unprofessional, doesn't want to help customers, and thinks she's better than everyone else even though she belongs at the bottom. She even pretended to be in charge and should find work elsewhere... so embarqssing foe the Marriott brand.

The place itself isn't fully renovated as advertised and know not all the rooms are suites (separate bedroom) unlike most other Townplace Suites. Stay away from this place unless you want a terrible experience... in the immediate vicinity there are other Marriott brands hotels and strongly encourage you go to one of those places that carry the Marriott brand well and know how to provide good customer service.

I booked this hotel in January for a stay in late March 2026 through Marriott's website on a State Government rate. Two days prior to check-in, I received an email from a Jesse Hudson who was identified as the Area General Manager, indicating I had booked a Federal Government rate and that I would have to pay on a Federal Govt card. I quickly responded that it was a State Government rate to which Jesse replied that then it would have to be booked through a specific California travel agency. I once again replied that I had booked a general State Government rate and that I would comply with the requirements by providing my Government ID. I am an Ambassador Elite Member and had to copy my personal ambassador before due to this lack of customer service and to verify Marriott's policies regarding reservations. Jesse never replied to my email to confirm my reservation would be honored.

Upon check-in (after midnight) I received a digital key and used that to enter my room. Despite having my card authorized in the digital check-in process, a front desk employee proceeds to enter my room at 5:30am without knocking. I was fast asleep as I had not returned to my room until after 3am. Luckily I had the deadbolt on, but they did not announce themselves before their entry. They then indicated I had to go to the front desk to put a deposit on my card for the stay despite doing online check-in.

The physical hotel is fine, but the customer service is about as bad as I've experienced at a Marriott property, and I've been to a lot of Marriott properties. There are much better hotels in the area.

The breakfast typical of this type of hotel with a HUGE exception. They have stopped using styrofoam and plastics. It made a huge difference not only for the environment but also in actually eating breakfast. BTW the lovely lady in charge of the kitchen greeted everyone with a smile! Room had been updated a bit so was comfortable, it had everything you need. Plenty of free parking is a real plus to this property as well as it's location to everything.
