מלון מפואר ושקט. במרכז העניינים. ספא מעולה, גם לילדים בשעות הבוקר. צוות מסביר פנים ונחמד. חדרים מרווחים.

Cons:

There was a miserable staff gentleman in the spa area, actually there was 2 gentleman the one with dark coloured skin he was kind and welcoming but the other more light coloured skin was miserable when asked if I can book massage he replied in such angry manner.

Unaware of pre charge for incidentals that actually debited account. Got a refund at check out but taken by surprise. Usually you prefer authorise extras but not see the debit tol used, this was the other way round

High cost of low service
Pros:

Nice fancy hotel with pleasent interior design. Staff at reception and at breakfast were very kind. Bed was really comfy. Breakfast was tasty. SPA was a nice to have.

Cons:

Very pricey hotel! 64 lei for 2 small bottles of water from the minibar. Staff at English bar were quite unexperienced and kept making mistakes with my order. One cocktail at this English bar cost me 80 lei, which is an absolute rip off. For this price I'd expect a better service at least. In my room next to the bed there were maltesers chocolate balls on the floor... and they were not from me, so I'd say cleaning could be better for such a high end hotel. SPA was nice, but water in the pool extremely cold. Overall I'd expect better for this amount of money.
