The hotel is amazing in all aspects
the WiFi is very poor. There is no reliable internet reception across the hotel, and the weak connection makes it impossible to take video calls for work.
I really appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the property. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were attentive and kind, and the overall experience felt very well organized. The wonderful spa was also a highlight and added an extra level of relaxation to our stay. Additionally, a heartfelt thank you to the entire team for remembering and celebrating our wedding anniversary—it truly made our stay even more special.
I didn’t encounter anything I didn’t like—everything was truly excellent.

La chambre, le confort et le service.
1/ Je trouve moyen que la réception n ait pas de quoi rendre la monnaie quand on fait le check out en cash...le montant n était pas énorme pour le principe je trouve que ça entache le reste...
2/ La vue de la chambre donnait sur un parking et des bâtiments en travaux...on s attend à autre chose en étant dans ce secteur de Bucarest...

The one thing is that the shower water was not hot enough for my taste but other than that all was superb
Everything was ok, but there is a change in the air. "Savings" atmosphere is in the air, for example reducing the lounge hours, no more breakfast in the business lounge. This is a direct hit for me as a business person , as i invite business meetings for breakfast. So, i contemplate if for future i will visit this hotel
Nevertheless, the lounge service which "feel at home" from Catalin and Florin was outstanding as usual.
Liegt in Sector 1, sehr zentral. Hotel Design finde ich sehr schön und grosszügig.
Tutto, letteralmente tutto. È Fantastico, andateci. È un posto ricco di fascino, vivrete emozioni uniche in un contesto da film. Il palazzo è regale, sale incredibili, staff attento ai dettagli, frequentato da persone eleganti e cordiali. Si sta davvero molto ma molto bene. Non perdetevi almeno una serata nel bar dell' hotel, il The English Bar è un posto unico e ricco di fascino e storia, si beve benissimo e il personale è fantastico. Le camere dell' hotel sono da 1000 e una notte.
