good 4-star hotel, but definitely not a true 5-star experience despite the good location.
Pros:

The suite had a terrible view, facing a very busy multi-lane main road. There is no hotel parking; across the street there is only an open paid parking lot that does not belong to the hotel, and there is no valet service. The rooms are small and poorly laid out. The prices are at Monaco level, which feels unjustified for what is offered.

The reception service was mediocre. They did not return my deposit until I reminded them. Nobody offered to help with the luggage upon arrival.

Cons:

On the positive side, the spa is very nice, the breakfast is rich and varied, the beds are comfortable, and the hotel is clean.

המיקום של המלון פצצה, על הרחוב הראשי, מרחק הליכה לעיר העתיקה, חדרים נקיים, לא גדולים מידי אבל בנויים באופן שמאפשר ניצול מירבי של החדר עם חדר רחצה רחב ומקלחון גדול, ארוחת בוקר עשירה עם מיצים טבעיים והכנת חביתות במקום, מלון מתוקתק.

Cons:

הדבר היחיד זה שהוספתי בתשלום יציאה מאוחרת מהחדר ובכל זאת דפקו בדלת ושאלו אם אני לא אמור לעזוב את החדר.
