Hotel de grande porte com prestação de serviço não condizente.

Apesar de ser um hotel de grande porte, nas horas de pouco movimento, como a madrugada, o serviço de recepção é precário. No. Check out a recepcionista foi chamada pelo carregador de mala, chegou visivelmente sonolenta e apesar de ter faturado a estadia, a pré-autorização do cartão de crédito ainda não foi cancelada.

Great time
Pros:

The staff was very friendly upon arrival. The hotel is newly renovated and smelled clean. It was clean. The room was a pleasant surprise . We got a balcony and it was a nice size.
The cafe was open every night until 9:30 and the breakfast buffet had a lot of options. My daughter has Celiac and they had bread and a gluten-free area.
Right across the street from the museum and pretty much half hour walking distance from everywhere else.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück sowie Abendessen waren sehr lecker und sehr schön angerichtet. Das Personal herzlich, sehr aufmerksam und die Atmopshäre ist sehr angenehm.
Das Personal am Empfang war ebenfalls äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich.
