Memorable staying
Pros:

Thank you so much for the superb hospitality in the best hotel all over Europe.

Staying for 5 nights in a royally palace was like a dream.

The excellent food and breakfast, the unique decorated and luxury room, the soft pillows ... the Gordius bat room ..the extra ordinary service…...made our experience more special than ever.

We have not seen such a club although we travel a lot, thank you Dear Catalin and Dear Florin for making us a part of IHG.

40th birthday at Intercontinental Athénée Palace
Pros:

We had an amazing time for my 40th birthday. Andrea made sure we were treated to a champagne 🥂 breakfast on my birthday and we came back to a bottle of champagne and some sweet treats later in the night. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again soon!! Amazing service throughout our stay and the food was amazing too!!

The best hotel in Europe
Pros:

Having stayed at the InterContinental Bucharest on numerous occasions, I can say that the hotel offers a consistently high level of quality and professionalism. The rooms are well designed, spacious, and quiet, with very comfortable beds that make a real difference after a long day. The overall atmosphere is refined and elegant, reflecting the hotel’s long standing reputation as one of Bucharest’s leading luxury properties. Breakfast is very good, with a generous variety and reliable quality, suitable for both business travelers and longer stays. The Executive Lounge is a major asset, providing a relaxed and well managed space with excellent service throughout the day.

I would like to specifically acknowledge Andreea Fowlie for her excellent service at reception, consistently professional, attentive, and welcoming. Special thanks are also due to Catalin and Florin from the Executive Lounge, whose service is both warm and highly professional. In addition, Daniel and Sabin from the concierge team provide outstanding assistance, always efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. This is a hotel I return to regularly, confident in the consistency of its comfort, service, and overall standard.
