Genel anlamda iyiydi ama minibar yüzünden çok mağdur olduk

Tesis odaları büyük ve temizdi

Cons:

2 oda rezervasyon yapmıştık bir tanesinin minibarı çalışmıyordu havanın da sıcak olması ile beraber soğuk içeceğe ulaşmakta çok zorlandık. Böyle bir otelde değiştirebilecekleri yedek minibarları olması gerekiyor

Tesisin hiçbir özelliğini beğenmedim asla tavsiye etmiyorum.

Cons:

Klimalar çalışmıyor, hem odalar da hem de fuar alanında ter içinde kaldık, odalar çok küçük, katlardaki ve odalardaki halıflexler çok kötü kokuyor ve aşırı kirliydi, nevresimler yırtıktı, hiltonda yırtık nevresimde yattık, 3 gün geçti nevresimler değişmedi, ıslak nevresimlerde yattık, lavabo, wc ve bebek yatağının içinde kıl vardı, otel temiz değil, merkeze uzak, business otel seçilmiş güya bilgisayar kullanmam gerekti çünkü fuara geldik ve sunum yapacaktım, usb bellek getirdim ama rezalete bakın ki business office yok, business otel de business office yok, 3 yıldızlı otel bile 1 adet bilgisayar koyar bu ne rezillik. Minibarlar boştu ve çıkışta minibar kullandınız mı diye sordular bu da ayrı bi rezalet. Personel yetkin değil, ayrıca oda yükseltmesi yapmama rağmen Odamı business kattaki deluxe king odaya vermediler ve söylediğimde de o odalar doldu denildi ama ben o odayı almıştım böyle bir saçmalık olabilir mi? Aska önermiyorum yakın çevredeki radisson blu otele gitmediğim için çok pişmanım

Great hotel. Need to sort the air conditioning
Pros:

Rooms were a good size and on site facilities were great

Cons:

The air-conditioning in the room despite being on, did not work. Speaking to the other guests in my party (12+ other rooms) all said the same thing about the aircon. It just didn't work

Pros:

Мы приехали на концерт Максима Коржа , на один день . Летели с Литвы самолетом , ночь . Понравился завтрак , хороший выбор еды , хороший бар и напитки в нем .на этом все закончилось …

1. Я все понимаю но в нашем номер никого не было до нас , я за 10 дней предупредила что буду лететь самолетом и просила о раннем заселении , на что мне ответили что если номер будет не занят мне дадут заселение к 12 , номер дам мне к 14:00 слава богу . В номере нет воды , хотя бы бутылку поставили , честно мини бар пуст . Что тоже грустно . Очень сильно гудела винтеляци , ночью мы как летели на самолете , она мешала спать и включалась резко ,от этого был плохой сон ,двери не закрываются из внутри то есть щеколда не работают , если утром вы будете спать к вам могут вломится уборщики , без всякого стука , или же назойливо стучат в двери когда ты спишь . Нет таблички не беспокоить или уборка номера . Еще нет пакетов в мусорке , и мусор копится .
