Cons:

I don't know if it's a Booking.com issue or a hotel issue, but when I checked in at the front desk, they couldn't find my booking for a long time, and it took almost 20 minutes to get my room key. After checking in, I found that the room phone wasn't working.

Должен быть понятный алгоритм действий по взаимодействию с гостиницей,если гость что-нибудь забыл.

1. Нет трансфера (шатл) в аэропорт/из аэропорта
2.очень дорогая стоянка (parking)
3.я забыл в номере солнцезащитные очки: невозможно связаться с гостиницей!!!!! а) в чате -не отвечают,б) к телефону указанному при бронировании не подходят, 3)на электронную почту Hilton Dusseldorf -уже сутки нет ответа , г) на электронную почту hiltonhonors -нет ответа
