Pros:

The staff was amazing, Nita morning staff walked outside of the hotel to greet me and my children on arrival. Always checked to see if we were comfortable.
And Zeus our evening night staff was wonderful very helpful and understanding even gave my children an Easter Bunny. Also checked to see if we had everything we needed.

A good option for staying in Brisbane CBD.
Pros:

Roomy, clean, comfortable suite.
Early check-in was appreciated.

Cons:

Tricky to find wifi password. Can this information be added to the Welcome info sheet?
Breakfast was advertised on a flyer in the room but staff knew nothing about it (would have been handy on a public holiday with everything shut)

Basin in ensuite is cracked in two places
Insufficient garbage bags and dish washer powder for 5 days unserviced
Cot hire at $29 per day was too high
