Perfect stay couldn’t have been better .
Pros:

Ideal location as our daughter was staying at the haven site 2 minute walk away. The room was amazing l, absolutely everything we could have possibly needed, was quite sad was only 1 night could have stayed longer for sure . I was a little nervous as had not checked out any reviews just booked as it was close for our daughter. Everything was perfect.

Cons:

Badezimmer winzig, dreckig und ungeputzt, Keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Zahnputzbecher, Handtuch oder andere Dinge. Dusche zu klein für einen normalen Erwachsenen.
die Taschen konnte man im extrem kleinen Zimmer nicht unterbringen, sondern musste immer drübersteigen, sehr schmale Betten.
Man konnte das Fenster nicht öffnen, keine Lüftung im Zimmer
Viel zu teuer für die gebotene Leistung

We did enjoy our stay at this property.
Pros:

All necessary facilities provided, even more we’ve got sleeping mask and cap, earplugs and a travel sewing set. Breakfast was freshly cooked and enough for another 3-4 hours. The supplies of tea amazed us, it is not usual “hotel” tea and Nescafé coffee, there were 5 tea flavours.
There is a pub downstairs where you can have a proper dinner or a beer and some starters.

Cons:

The sound insulation is quite poor and since our room was next to a busy road we’ve struggled with the noise.

Pros:

Lovely room, lovely staff. Was very busy on arrival but staff were still very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

The noise from the road at 6am🙈, would recommend providing 2 sets of ear plugs rather than 1 between 2 of us. Other than that was a great place to stay

Just what we needed
Pros:

Great service and compassionate help as our visit was to visit hospitalised family member. Were able to have later check out for am hospital visit before long journey home.

Disappointed!
Pros:

Room are fantastic and really clean

Cons:

45 minutes after sitting in the restaurant and still nobody asked me if I'd like to order. And many other customers were complaining,I got tired of waiting so went somewhere else to eat obviously the staff can't cope if things get a bit busy. Second stay here first was great but this was terrible.

Very clean, friendly staff but the guest rooms were very small.
Pros:

The bar downstairs was great, good atmosphere. The staff were lovely.

Cons:

The size of the rooms - would be lovely for one person but very cramped for two. My parents were in room 2 and that was tiny, too small to be functional.

Not fit for purpose.
Pros:

Cons:

Room very small. Advertised with “wardrobe” reality rail in an alcove to small to hang my suit for the funeral attending. Excessive road noise. I booked specifically so I would be located close to funeral night before to get a good nights sleep after driving 6+ hrs to get here and to prevent me having to leave Hereford home at 5am to ensure getting to funeral on time. If I had even suspected of the road noise I would not have booked. Should be identified in add.
In addition the shower in my room is not as per advertised as it is a tiny corner quadrant shower measuring 60cm on two sides and curved door at front but with large shower control unit impossible to shower properly. Very poor.
Finally and most disturbing after a night of poor sleep the security alarm sounded at 5am and as no staff on site I found myself checking the building for other guests not knowing for certain if the alarm was fire or security. The emergency contact numbers provided on a card in the room (4 number) all went to voicemail and no one has responded even 2 hrs later. After maybe 25-30mins of alarm sounding a lady from nearby house attended, switched alarm off apologised and left again.
