A night before the Swiss-Loppet Attraverso Campra race
Pros:

The location is perfect for XC skiing and for the race. The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quite spacious, clean and had big windows and a nice balcony with some chairs.

Cons:

It was slightly inconvenient to have only one room key especially because it is required not only for the room, but also for the elevator. But not a problem - just used stairs more :-). The room had typical modern hotel lighting - functional but sharp, lacking scattered, ambient light to balance it out.

La vicinanza alle piste e ai sentieri

Cons:

In camera all'arrivo i cestini erano ancora pieni. Nella nostra camera mancava l'equipaggiamento per la Spa (accappatoio, ciabatte e asciugamano) e mancava l'asciugacapelli in camera. In genere il personale era gentile ma palesemente con poca o nulla esperienza nel settore alberghiero.

Ein architektonisch schöner Holzbau mit ansprechendem Zimmer, das gut ausgestattet war. Ein zweiter Stuhl im Zimmer wäre wünschenswert. Unsere e-Bikes konnten in separatem Raum geladen und deponiert werden.
Die Dame an der Rezeption war nett und erklärte informativ.

Cons:

Das Personal abends im Restaurant arbeitete ohne Motivation, ohne Freude und Begeisterung!
Der gemischte Salat hinterliess denselben Eindruck, die bestellte Pasta kam lauwarm…
Beim Frühstück morgens um acht, war die Schüssel mit Fruchtsalat bereits leer, ebenso keine Buttergipfel mehr und das wurde auch nicht nachgefüllt. Es blieb ein Brot zum Schneiden, das mehr Luft als festen Inhalt hatte.
Leider kann ich auch die Qualität des Kaffees nicht rühmen, eine schwache Brühe!
