Uncomfortable
Pros:

Nothing it was awful for an 84 yr old mother with mobility issues

Cons:

No fan ( it was over 30 degrees)
Didn't empty the bin (had to take rubbish to sister in laws place)
Didn't make up the bed (my daughter had to come in every night to make up my bed)
Had to climb up a set of stairs
No fridge in room
Only received water bottles 2 days out of 5
Whenever we tried to phone the hotel just got an answer

Lovely rooms, absolutely delicious food.
Pros:

The room was lovely refurbished, the bed was so comfortable, and a great shower. The breakfast was the best breakfast I have had for a long time. And the evening food was absolutely delicious as well. Good location to explore Wales, and parking available. The village has a shop and petrol station making it the idea stop by. Will definitely be back if we head that way again.

It was perfect
Pros:

Comfortable room with friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast at the hotel. Close proximity to the local area.

New mattress & would be a decent budget hotel.
Pros:

Started at lion hotel as was exploring lake vyrnwy & local waterfalls including pistyll rhaeadr

Good location nice & clean. Reasonable size room with all needed facilities.

Good shower & good size bathroom.

Provided an iron & ironing board on request.

Cons:

Downfall of the room was the bed, mattress was horrendous and uncomfortable. Could feel the springs inside. Bad night sleep due to this.
