Pros:

Taking the most expensive room type was the biggest mistake. The rooms are in the basement and lack any sort of privacy. Serious issues here.

A guesthouse fica em um local agradável, próximo ao metrô e com outras opções de transporte para a região central de Paris. Não há recepção, mas a comunicação com os hosts é muito boa. O checkin é online e no dia nos fornecem senhas para entrar, tudo com muita praticidade. O quarto é grande e confortável. Voltaria a me hospedar no local facilmente.

Très bien dans l'ensemble, quelques petits problèmes toutefois
1 l'ascenseur entre la rue et le hall d'entrée ne fonctionne toujours pas (c'était déjà la cas en août)
2 il n'y a plus personne à la réception
3 le chauffage est insuffisant (c'était déjà la cas en août pour la clim)
4 le lave vaisselle est défectueux

5 day stay during October
Pros:

We picked this location as we have family near by. The apartment itself was well equipped for cooking and spacious but it could do with a little more maintenance staff present. The lift was out of service for the whole of our stay (Tue - Sat) after walking 10 minutes from the metro station (partly uphill) we walked up to the 6th floor with suitcases only to find the front door didn’t open properly. We called for help and the person on the line told us to push in and pull. This worked on and off but i don’t think it’s the ideal situation for guests. In some days I could get in straight away and in some it took several tries. The door needs fixing. The walls looked a little tired and the pillows were all quite puffy and no flatter options for those of us who prefer them. Lastly they provided ear plugs which came in handy as we could hear heavy footsteps constantly from the flat above us. We got two emails from them to say sorry for the inconvenience but nothing else.

Pros:

Super séjour de trois jours et deux nuits.
L’hôtel en question était très propre avec peu de personnel ce qui fait qu’on vous laisse dans une sorte d’autonomie avec tous les instructions et les questions qu’on pourrait avoir.
Je re choisirais cette hôtel avec plaisir.

Pros:

This stay was amazing. We booked here last minute and it was the best thing to ever happen to us. The staff is so wonderful, the rooms are beautiful and if was very accessible. I would 10/10 recommend it and would stay again.

Pros:

The place was just what we needed. Also had several amenities I didn't expect. I will say the added fee of parking was something that wasn't on here. I did struggle to get out of there too.. all in all it was great place. They were very helpful with recommendations on what to do.
