Excelente opción . Inmejorable relación precio-calidad
Pros:

Un hotel renovado con buen gusto, con excelente ubicación . Destacable la calidad de las amenities de baño, la comodidad del parking y El desayuno que fue supremo!

Cons:

Las dimensiones de la habitación eran un poco exigentes . Pero en definitiva algo bastante común en esa zona. Faltaria renovar la entrada que no le hace justicia a lo lindo del hotel.

Personnel antipathique

Localisation pratique.

Cons:

Le personnel n’était pas adéquat par rapport aux 4 étoiles annoncées. Nous avons dû nous diriger vers 4 personnes différentes afin de pouvoir confirmer que notre petit déjeuner du jour du départ pouvait être pris à l’emporter (et qui ne nous ont finalement pas été donnés malgré le paiement). De plus, durant le séjour nous avons eu une forte intoxication alimentaire et il y a eu peu de considération à ce sujet. Ils n’ont pas pu nous fournir de bouillon, et les deux bols de riz commandés le soir ont été rajoutés à la note alors que nous n’avions pourtant pas consommé les petits déjeuners (payés d’avance) du matin. Nous l’avons fait remarquer au réceptionniste, qui a confirmé la demande de paiement.

Il aurait été agréable dans notre situation d’avoir un peu de compassion de la part du personnel.

La literie était inconfortable. Le duvet était lourd et retenait fortement la chaleur. Le matelas n’était pas de bonne qualité non plus.

L’expérience ne donne pas l’impression d’être dans un 4 étoiles.

Superb hotel but the desk staff need to be more friendly and cheeky
Pros:

Very beautiful hotel and very beautiful room and bathroom with nice l'Occitane products you can't beat that. Easy to fo in the city center at less than 10 minutes walk.
The train station is less than 5 minutes walk.
The breakfast was very nice, with homemade pastries and the lady was also very friendly.

Cons:

The reception staff was not great / friendly. Be aware that they will ask your bank card in case you forgot to pay an extra ...that put me off to be honest

Nous avions réservé une chambre Deluxe, et on nous a logés dans une suite Junior sans supplément.
Vraiment super. Nous avons apprécié!

Quartoo amplo e espaçoso, café da manhã muito bom, facilidade de ter estacionamento ao lado . Localização excelente , há 500 m da cour Mirabeau. Limpeza impecável , toalhas e cama macia , bons travesseiros !

Pros:

Central location: a 5 minute walk to Cours Mirabeau (the main shopping and eating street) and a further few minutes' walk to museums and the cathedral. Very clean. I'd asked for a quiet room and got it, and I appreciated it. Good blackout curtains in the room.
Lovely courtyard. Very good staff.

Cons:

The shower cubicle needed a shelf or basket for the guest to put their own things on.
