Great location, comfortable, friendly staff!
Pros:

Fabulous location! Easy to walk to everything - and it was nice to have parking for free right in the attached garage. Room was very comfortable.

Cons:

The curtains on the window were ripped!

Pros:

Hotel did not provide Restaurant. Only one night bar open. Staff uninformed or just lied about amenities. Breakfast was $15+ fees per person. Rooms small compared to Hampton Inns, Holiday Express, etc. Room was clean. Location good for walking hills in town to local restaurants. Parking congested. Staff pleasant but not knowledgeable. $8.46 for a candy bar.

Was everything we were looking for to have a very comfortable stay and close to downtown restaurants
Pros:

Hotel was very much like online pics. Very nice. The bar area was great and the bartender was really accommodating. Very close to main dining and shopping area. Easily walkable. Staff was really nice and helpful.

We got up and went to sun spots for a demo. Beautiful stuff there. My husband's first time.
Pros:

Little skeptical at first, location. But was able to walk to dinner. We really were pleasantly surprised about what a wonderful stay we had. We love that it was right next door to the theater. Thankyou for such a pleasant stay!

Nice hotel
Pros:

We enjoyed the location and the nearby restaurants. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staunton is definately a city worth another vist.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet was very disappointing. For the price, it was not great; the food was cold and the selection, limited.

This is the third time I have used this facility, mostly due to its convenient location.
Pros:

The breakfast leaves a bit to be desired.

Cons:

The hotel bar was a disappointment. In a hotel this costly, the bar should be more than a tiny space with a limited selection.
