Chambre inhabitable en pleine canicule. Impossible de dormir aucune solution proposée. Insecure
Pros:

Aucun point positif ne compense les conditions de séjour.

Cons:

Très mauvaise expérience. En pleine canicule, la chambre ne disposait ni de climatisation ni de ventilateur. La fenêtre donnait sur une coursive très fréquentée, où plusieurs occupants de longues durée restaient de jour comme de nuit, parfois en sous-vêtements. Il était donc impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte pour aérer tout en préservant mon intimité et en me sentant en sécurité.

La chambre attribuée ne correspondait pas non plus à ma réservation (vue sur le parking au lieu de vue jardin). Résultat : une chaleur étouffante, une nuit blanche et l’impossibilité de me reposer avant plusieurs heures de route le lendemain.

Lorsque j’ai signalé ces difficultés, le responsable s’est contenté de répondre qu’il n’était « pas responsable des conditions climatiques », sans proposer la moindre solution (ventilateur, changement de chambre ou geste commercial). Ce n’est pourtant pas la météo que je remets en cause, mais l’absence de toute mesure pour garantir un minimum de confort à ses clients.

Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

L’emplacement, l’accès à des places de parking facilement. Petit déjeuner correct. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Accueil et personnel très agréable!

Cons:

Les pièces étaient petites, la petite marche située au niveau de la salle de bain dangereuse pour des enfants de bas age, et pas de climatisation, doute sur le fonctionnement de la VMC car on avait des odeurs persistantes.

La configuarción general de la habitación está mas cerca de tratarse de un calabozo para dos presos que no de una habitación de hotel del siglo XXI.
Tuve que esperar una hora y media a que abriran el servicio de recepción, ya que el sistema automático del que disponen no localizaba mi reserva efectuda por Booking. Afortunadamente mi llegada se produjo hacia las 15:30 h y el servico de recepción personalizada se activó a las 17 h. No quiero pensar que hubiera pasado si hubiera llegado a las 21 h y me hubiera tenido que enfrentar a la situación fuera del horartio de abertura del servico de Recepción.
