Great people, clean and comfortable

アパートメントスタイルのファミリールームに2名で泊まりました。リビング、キッチンの他にそれぞれ別のベッドルームがあり、プライバシーを保ちながら過ごせるのは快適でした。
本館から1.2分歩いたところの別棟に部屋があります。本館の豪華さとは全く雰囲気が異なり、そろそろ改装が必要なのでは、と感じる質素な建物でした。
キッチンにはたいていの食器類と立派な冷蔵庫がありますがレンジ、浄水器はありませんでした。
清掃は毎日入りませんが、水とタオルは交換してくれます。
広さのわりにはお値打ちな値段には理由があります。

Wifi was not available. This was surprising and out of expectation. We needed to purchase additional e-SIM from online supplier after arriving urgently. Another point was drainage of kitchen was terrible. Water didn’t flow and smelly water accumulated in the sink. Another issue was the flushing of toilet was not good. I believe Wifi unavailability is a breach of contract, I would like to request to compensate e-SIM cost.

Swiss Grand Hotel is NOT the same as the Grand Apartment Suites. Convenient location for my purpose while visiting Seoul. Convenient walking to restaurants and public transportation. I have stayed at the main Swiss Grand Hotel in the past. It was much more "5 Star" in the past. This is the 1rst time staying in the apartment style suites. This is next to the hotel. You can still use all hotel amenities, but you have to walk uphill 3 mins to get there. It is old and needs some renovation, but it is very spacious. My guess is 1300 sq ft. with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, washer/dryer, and balcony in master and living room. They only clean the room 1x per week. I was not a fan of that, but you can request extra towels & amenities if needed. No room service. You have to get it to-go or eat at the main hotel. I don't recommend the pricey hotel food. It's not good. Wine & coffee but no actual bar. CC convenience store is open 24 hrs in the hotel. 85% of staff speak English, and they are mostly helpful. I needed the space, at that location, for 2 weeks. It provided what i needed, but i do hope they renovate the interior and exterior. They haven't done much since Covid. The pool and sauna are still closed. Only the gym is open. If you need a large apartment style place for longer term, i do recommend, as other places can be $1,000s more. If you can afford it, stay at another apartment style hotel. If you need a room in that area, main hotel is nice

I like the space and room plan. I would have rated this a five star if not for the the cost of WIFI. You have to pay for the use of WIFI.
Although a little bit dated, the room was clean and towels were provided every day.

かなり綺麗で設備も整っています。
中心地と離れているので、周辺にお店が少ないのが少し難点ですが、静かでゆっくり過ごせるのでその点は良かったです。

Very spacious! If not for the lack free wifi (20,000 per night!), I would have given it a five star.

Suite needs for remodeling but main builing is excellent.
I like the area surrounded by mountains.
Excellent hotel to stay.

호텔 상황에 대한 여러가지 이야기를 들었지만 정말 물만 딱 있습니다. 그리고 전체적으로 전혀 보수가 되어 있지 않아서 엄청 낡았습니다. 방은 넓어서 편합니다.

お水、wifI、ジムは無料でした
まわりに少し歩けば飲食店ありますが
ホテルにコンビニがあり
インスタントのレンチンものならば温めて食べられます
レストランのビビンバ、高いですが美味しかったです

언제가봐도 편안하고 조용한 곳입니다. 숙소도 편안하고 직원들도친절합니다.

넓은 공간 침구컨디션 좋습니다. 다만 싸우나 공사중이라 아쉬웠습니다

Hope to renewal the swimming pool soon.

This hotel has had the majority of facilities closed since 2023. Hard to believe its still 'under renovation' after all this time. Buffet breakfast also very average.

本館ではなく、アパートメントの方だったので
とても古く、
エレベーターが、途中で停まってしまい、その後動いて出られたが、とても怖かった。
