When traveling with emotional Support Dog, Conditions:
• Additional nightly fee of $990.00 MXN plus taxes, per guest room. The fee includes your dog's stay and special cleaning.
• Only one small or medium dog with a maximum weight of 44 lb is allowed.
• Guest must present a medical certificate issued by a mental health specialist with a seal and professional license, valid up to 12 months prior to the check-in date.
• Your dog must always wear a leash or harness and remain within allowed areas: your guest room, circulation areas, and specially designed areas.
• Your dog cannot access the hotel's dining outlets, swimming pool, fitness center, event spaces, or restricted areas.
• Guests will be responsible for their pet's behavior. In case of any damage to the property or affectation to another guest or staff, the guest will be responsible and will pay accordingly.

The section across the lobby is very loud all day since it’s very close to a main avenue. We had problems sleeping; management should get soundproof windows asap.

The bedroom was large and spacious. The bathroom and shower area were outstanding. The room, and especially the bathroom area far exceeded my expectations.
There was nothing I did not like I dine in the courtyard twice. The courtyard is beautiful. The service is excellent and the food without Stan.

A grandes rasgos, es un lugar fantástico. Silencioso, agradable, con un buen restaurante y habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas.
Sólo hubo un par de detalles muy sencillos de corregir para que pongan atención a ellos....
En la regadera había cabellos adheridos en la pared, como que sólo limpiaron el piso pero no la pared. A la regadera no se le iba el agua, por lo que se estancaba después de unos pocos minutos, y las toallas estaban rotas.
Estos detalles son poca cosa para la experiencia que fue MUY BUENA en general.
Great attention to detail
Great hotel in a nice part of the city. Not ideal for tourism because is like 15 min away from downtown but in our case wasn't an issue.
Beautiful and large room with amenities.
Breakfast at a restaurant next to the hotel was first class experience.
