Charging guests for parking is really embarrassing. A hotel of this level should know more.

Breakfast has great variety. Spa session is nice. Very close to a newly renovated beach. Hotel is clean.
- since the newly renovated beach has opened last year, there are many constructions around. Upon arrival we were upgraded to premium room with sea view and balcony. And it turns out that the balcony (not only our balcony but the whole building at one side of the hotel) is just faced to the construction site, which produces noise from early morning. I understand that construction is not belongs to the hotel, but I would appreciate to be informed about it when check in. The staff apparently knows about it.
- after the first day waken up by the construction noise, we requested room changing. They give us the original room that we booked. Noise level is much better but the facility in the room is much older than the premium room. Since we had a stressful morning with the noise and room changing, we asked to have room changing after a gym session and breakfast. And we got an ok answer. Then just when we are passing by the reception and going for breakfast, we were told to move now because they need to sell the premium room! It was about 9.30 in the morning and it is low season! We refused to change room immediately but after breakfast. Then we were told that they can keep the premium room until 10!!! The whole morning and breakfast was ruined by this very unpleasant experience and we didn’t even do anything wrong!
- all in all, be careful with one side of the building which face to constructions when check in. Besides, Radisson blue really need to train their employees how to be customer minded.
A small story to share: we need to stay two more nights due to flight cancellation. We moved to Marvie hotel and met true service minded staff and much fresh room with similar price. Didn’t regret our decision.
Želio bih posebno da pohvalim Josipa sa recepcije hotela Radisson Blu. Njegova ljubaznost, profesionalnost i spremnost da pomogne zaista su na visokom nivou. Od samog dolaska učinio je da se osjećamo dobrodošlo i opušteno, a svaku našu potrebu riješio je brzo i efikasno.
Rijetko se sreće neko ko sa tolikom pažnjom i osmijehom pristupa gostima. Josip je pravi primjer kako treba da izgleda vrhunska usluga u hotelijerstvu. Sve preporuke!
