Three stars for the staff
Pros:

I stayed for three nights. The first night I was in the old section of the hotel, where the room had a very unpleasant smell. For the following two nights I was moved to a better room in the new section. Unfortunately, it was not possible to use the balcony because of cigarette smoke coming from the neighboring rooms.

The three stars I am giving are for the staff, who were extremely service-oriented and did their very best to help.

Relax and enjoy Split !
Pros:

The staffs are very friendly. Location is great. SPA is perfect, special thanks to Anja and Doris did great job in face treatment and masaage. Really recommend :)

Stanza 435 Cattivo odore proveniente dalla doccia. Mi è stato addebitato il costo del parcheggio. Solo Dopo la contestazione dell'addebito mi è stato stornato.

Although visiting Split in March may not have been the best idea, the hotel made up for it. It was a great idea to treat myself to a massage after an intense couple of days of training. Masseuse Anja not only relieved my fatigue, but also allowed me to relax. For the first time after a business trip, I will return not tired, but relaxed.

Five stars for Blu
Pros:

I was travelling home early the following morning and stayed at Radisson Blue with a friend prior to my departure.
From check in to check out the Croatian warmth & hospitality was exceptional and Magdalena Medic’s special care made us both feel like queens. Highly recommend Blu. Five stars indeed. I will be back!

Pros:

Had amazing face lift massage with Anja at hotel’s spa. I got even usefull pro tips on face lifting massage in the morning and evening. Overall, I would strongly reccomend spa services and Anja’s expertise.

Cons:

Parkgebühren ohne Parkservice, keine Minibar, keine deutsche Programme und niemand kümmert sich, 15 min gewartet auf Brot und Gebäck, Warteschlange an der Kaffeemaschine, Indoor Pool geschlossen!

Weit weg von 5 Sternen!!!!!

Nicht zu empfehlen, schade um meine Zeit und Geld

Očekivali smo više od ovog hotela
Pros:

Osobolje hotela jako pristupačno, švedski stol poprilično bogat raznolikom hranom kako slanom, tako slatkom. Sadržaj teretane zadovoljavajući. Dnevno čišćenje sobe je ok.

Cons:

Smješteni smo bili u zastarjeli dio hotela. Elementi na balkonu su bili razvaljeni, specifican raspored sobe. Od dva dana koji smo odsjeli, jedan dan nismo imali pristup bazenu i jacuzzi vec samo sauni. Drugu noc smo imali uznemiravanje od strane drugih gostiju lupanjem po vratima više puta. Netko nam je ostavio ispred sobe kolica sa hranom.
