Hotel famigliare in una via tranquilla ma in una posizione ottima vicina a tutte le principali cose da vedere in città. Abbiamo apprezzato la calma nel cortile interno, dove è servita anche la colazione. Buona la pulizia, staff molto cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

la colazione alcuni giorni era a buffet, altri "a la carte". Nel secondo caso ti portavano loro il piatto senza farti scegliere. Un po'strano ma niente di grave.

Highly recommended
Pros:

Centrally located on Armenian Street, with plenty of shopping and dining options. The windowless room was perfect – absolutely no noise. Fridge and air conditioning and slippers. They kindly stored our luggage for us from check-out at 12 midday until almost nighttime. Thank you!

Cons:

To say something, but not important, he shower had no separation, as is the case in so many Asian accommodation.

A very pleasant stay with a beautiful, clean accommodation in a perfect location and very friendly staff.
Pros:

The location is excellent, right in the center of George Town and within walking distance of many of the main sights, restaurants and cafés. The accommodation itself is very beautiful and well maintained, and everything was very clean. When we arrived, we received a very helpful introduction to the area with great local tips and also some current recommendations about what was happening around George Town. Breakfast was served every morning as a buffet with a good variety of options, and the staff were always very friendly. We also used the washing machines during our stay, which worked perfectly and was very convenient.

Highly recommended for nice stay
Pros:

I visited during the Chinese New Year. The area was quite loud, bit the windowless room was whisper quiet. Kudos to Eline, the cheerful and kind front desk person who gave me some excellent suggestions for places to visit and activities during the new year celebrations. All were spot on. She has a wealth of knowledge about Georgetown.

In general, this is a very well-run hotel, and I had a nice stay.

Cons:

For anyone staying more than a few days, the limited breakfast choices got a little monotonous. But that's a small thing.

Miła obsługa, czysta pościel. Lokalizacja w starej części miasta, dobra na spacery. Dookoła wiele restauracji. Możliwość zrobienia prania za kilka złotych, super opcja. Dobre śniadanie.

Cons:

Nie działał nam czajnik, zacinał się elektroniczny klucz do drzwi. Pokój dość ciasny jak na wersję rodzinną. Był problem z zimną wodą pod prysznicem, ciężko było się umyć, bo ciągle leciał wrzątek.

Great staff and easy walk from the ferry
Pros:

The female staff person on duty cheerfully greeted me and gave maps and information regarding local places. She also happily stored my luggage until check-in time. The buffet breakfast on Sunday was good. The room was very clean, the location was a short 15 minute walk from the ferry terminal, and laundry facilities were available. Note: washer and dryer each cost RM10 cash.

Cons:

The air conditioner was a bit weak and the restaurant nearby was a bit noisy.

Pros:

Greeted by Elyn in reception, who was very friendly and helpful not only on the day of arrival but throughout the whole of our stay.
Location is excellent, our room had great WiFi,, air conditioning and decent shower room. The courtyard at the rear is a bonus. We shall return.

The hotel is basically in a central location, with everything within walking distance. It has a great location. The staff were friendly and guided us on where to go and what to explore around the hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast and the air conditioning could have been better. The breakfast had limited options, and the air conditioning was not cold enough.
