Ubicación muy buena y personal muy amable. El desayuno tipo buffet, aunque limitado en variedad, lo iban cambiando cada dia y estaba muy bueno. Nevera en la habitación.

Super lokalizacja w Centrum. Przesympatyczna Pani w recepcji która przekazała nam info o atrakcjach i poleciła świetne restauracje i miejsca do jedzenia.
Czysto. Pralnia samoobsługowa ba miejscu. Wszystkie prośby załatwiane natychmiast. Jedyne do czego można się przyczepić to śniadania. Mały wybór i trzeba byc wcześnie żeby zdążyć na niektóre dania

Перегородка в душевой не помешает.
Обещали что на завтрак можно будет заказать себе что-то из короткого меню, но в единственный раз когда я на него пришёл такой опции не было, только рис чай кофе.

Great Hotel, Amazing Staff, Prime location - yet worst ever coffe of my life

HOTEL : 9/10 Top location in old quarter near to everything. Manager Erynn is a real treasure , so fruiendly, so helpful and always ensuring all is well and that guests are well cared for. Hotel building is classic yet modern in side , room has great aircon and fridge - comfy pillows . all in all great stay , and i'd not hestitate to stay again when in penang

CAFE : 0/10 The "cafe" is dismal, and they should not associate with it. The coffe is the worst I ever had in my entire life, it looked like tea and tased like water , breafast too is a joke. Lets not even mention the "orange jouice" . Just dreadful. I had a full 7 baked beans (yes I counted" with my egg :) Thats all they give you ...Pathetic and staff are rude and dont care - total conrast to the Hotel staff.
