Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Location was great to get to all of the places in Shinjuku I wanted to visit. Anyone I asked for assistance was more than happy to assist.
It's a hotel, have a trashcan in the lobby. I know they don't have many in Japan, but you're selling good in the lobby that have trash.
Handy location. Close to subway
Nothing all ok
Good location with easy subway access. Excellent staff.
This hotel is fine. The rooms are decent. However, if you exercise the gym is terrible. The weight lifting space is far inadequate. I stay here at least a couple nights a month and there are always far to many people trying to use the limited strength training space and it’s next to impossible to get a good workout in while working here. Hilton really needs to expand this space.
During our stay in Tokyo, we had a wonderful experience thanks to Waley and Priscila. They were both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Waley helped us with great dinner recommendations and clear directions, which made exploring the area much easier.
Priscila and Waley truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Their kindness, attention, and willingness to help made a big difference in our experience. It’s staff like them who make a hotel feel warm and memorable. Thank you both for your outstanding hospitality!
We had a great time at the Hilton Tokyo. The hotel was extremely clean and beautiful, and all of our needs were taken care of. We especially want to recognize Waly Chacon, the journey ambassador manager. He was always there in the lobby to greet us and he gave us many recommendations and suggestions. He helped us find directions to different sites. we wanted to visit and especially helped us plan our trip to Kyoto . Also, the concierges at the concierge desk were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to help us get to where we wanted to go, to help us exchange some monies needed for the subways. We loved the executive lounge and spent many happy hours there. In fact, we had our whole dinner there. It was a very most pleasant experience that we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Tokyo. Also, the hotel is in a very good location to get to the subway station, the train station, to view the beautiful architecture.
We loved our stay at the Hilton Tokyo in Shinjuku, we loved the experience. What made it better was the customer support and service from Waly he provided so much help, Waly also made it feel comfortable at the hotel as it was my own home we really appreciate it him.
