Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The dining areas were lovely and food excellent. The location was central and very convenient for local transport. Concierge was very helpful in arranging taxis for us to sight see in Tokyo.

Cons:

Having to queue for breakfast was disappointing although we never queued for long.

Well located hotel with excellent staff
Pros:

The hotel is well located in the Shinjuku area and had a free shuttle bus that brings you near to the station. The staff were very helpful and kind.

Cons:

The shower wasn't that great. The showerhead was facing up quite a bit and made the bathroom very wet and was not easy to use.

Pros:

Personnel très sympathique et bon accueil. le petit déjeuner est bon.

Cons:

L’hôtel n’est pas très actuel et pour un 5 étoiles on peut s’attendre à des prestations de qualité supérieur. L’établissement gagnerait à moderniser les chambres.

The breakfast and the location. Concierge staff was very kind.

Cons:

The reception staff not welcoming enough, no welcome drink either. No debriefing of the facilities. Too much time taking in the reception.
