We wanted to share our heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional hospitality we experienced during our stay at your property from March 6–10, 2026.
We’d especially like to recognize Waly Joner Chacon Arevalo, Journey Ambassador, for making our visit truly memorable. After a warm greeting at check-in, Waly approached us to personally introduce himself and kindly presented us with a special room key and Hilton’s Kit Kat chocolate. He went above and beyond to ensure we were upgraded to Room 2901—a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special.
Waking up each morning to the breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji was such a highlight. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast selection and service at the Marble Lounge, and we were very impressed by the Executive Lounge team—their professionalism was on par with the Conrad.
Please extend our thanks to Waly and the entire Hilton Tokyo team for creating such a warm and memorable experience. We look forward to returning again soon.
Regards,
Shirley & Jon
Hotel was nice and clean. In a good location and the shuttle bus was handy. Great breakfast.
Expensive drinks in the bar.
Wow! I think this may be my favorite Hilton property ever. We arrived after a long flight and were exhausted. We were met by Krislyn, Momoka and Mami, three of the kindest people I have ever met. They brought us some tea and cool towels as we were checking in. Krislyn noticed my daughter was wearing a BTS shirt and asked if she was a fan and we immediately bonded as she is also ARMY. We were so grateful for the room upgrade. The rooms were beautiful, clean and the breakfast! We literally looked forward to it every morning. Every time we would walk by the front desk, Krislyn would wave or we would stop by to chat. The bell team was amazing too! We will definitely return to this hotel on our next trip to Japan. Great location, right on a train line but far enough from the chaos. Thank you Tokyo Hilton, you were one of our favorite parts of our trip to Tokyo!
Great place to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is amazing. Just 15 minutes walk to the main Shinjuku area and they provide free shuttle bus from the hotel to the station. Highly recommend this place.

Experience was a 10/10 . Definitely enjoyed myself. Customer service was amazing my glasses broke and they even fixed them for me. Forever grateful! And will definitely be back .
Everything was very clean, comfortable and relaxing .
To start, the staff were amazing!!! They were kind, helpful, happy & more. The manager, Waly went over and beyond to make sure our stay was positively unforgettable & it was for sure. I plan to come back to visit! He is a wonderful manager and knows his stuff.
The entire hotel was so beautiful!!!! Colors, modern, tech savvy, just beautiful! Omg!!!! My executive sweet was so restful and clean! Did I mention clean, lol! I have stayed in many Hiltons in the United States (as I’m from NC), but this hotel was the cleanest1 I’ve ever stayed in. If you’re contemplating going to Japan, this is the place to stay for sure. 10/10!!! Hotel is walking distance to many shopping areas in the city. Loved it!
The breakfast was very good. I enjoyed the swimming pool as well. Nice gym and spa.
A few times they sat us at a table pretty far from the breakfast buffet when there were plenty of open tables.
The hotel is in Shinjuku city which is about a 20 minute train ride to Tokyo city.
The staff were professional and very helpful.
The roooms were quite spacious but the view was average.
The buffet breakfast was good value. The dinner buffet was slightly pricey but was very good. Sometimes you pay a bit extra for convenience.
Definately would consider staying at this hotel if my budget allows as it was a bit on the pricey side.
