We did not like the facility at all from the beginning the way that welcoming and asking the deposit for nothing in the room at all. No any good explanation of the facility. Not deserve the price at all. 1 star level of quality. Just we booked as we trusted the chain name of Hilton but we made a mistake
Even we waited in the queue at breakfast while the whole place was empty. Less than a star;(very big shame . I will never ever advise or stay any of Hilton any more. 😡
Good quality, as expected from Hilton
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel!
The price is reasonable for a nice Tokyo hotel, everything clean, staff is terrific, everything works great. Rooms are modern and well-maintained. It’s super-conveniently located to most of the city and has a convenience store in the basement.
Everyone there is wonderfully helpful and the atmosphere welcoming. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Finally, the sushi bar is top-notch (though priced appropriately!)
I’ll be coming back every time I return to Tokyo from now on.
Stayed here for three nights prior to a cruise.
The hotel is very well situated for exploring Tokyo, we primarily used Ubers or walked but the metro is very close should you wish to use it. The hotel also runs a complimentary shuttle bus to the main train station.
There's a good amount of shops bars and restaurants in close proximity. Turn right out of the hotel and nice little supermarket as well.
The breakfast was excellent, we used the downstairs buffet on one occasion, but as we were in a premium suite we used the dedicated lounge on the other mornings.
My son and nephew used the gym and said it was modern and well equipped.
Staff were very professional and attentive and the three rooms we had were all a good size, had a good selection of English channels and were kept clean by housekeeping. Our room had a stocked complimentary minibar.
The only thing my wife didn't like about the room was the bathroom, it featured a sliding door on the outside, so if someone was having a bath or shower then whoever was in the main room could slide the door open and peer through the glass window behind at whoever is showering or bathing and the person in the bathroom can't close it to restore privacy. It is odd, but maybe its a Japanese thing.
There were six of us and we all agreed it was a great hotel, the breakfast selection being a highlight, and it was a fantastic hotel to come back to after a day out exploring.

Excellent hotel. Great service centrally located and the breakfast was incredible.
色々な要望に応えてくれました。

I enjoyed the cafe downstairs the most, it had really great food at good pricing.
The room itself feels a bit dated. Booked Hilton in the hopes the final days in Tokyo would feel more comfortable but there was not much difference between this room and a room we paid 1/3 of the cost for in the heart of Shinjuku.
Booked an Executive Suite, we were with our adult son so he had a double bed made up in the Lounge of the Suite. Unfortunately only one bathroom, often in Suites you expect an extra toilet. Still, it worked very well, spacious with all amenities including a Nespresso coffee machine. I had automatically expected to get high floor which I requested.... they kindly gave us the highest floor of this room category which is only 16 (Exec Lounge is on 37th), still, I appreciated that they took into account my request and on check-in, since we were a bit early, they still gave us access to the Exec Lounge where we could enjoy decent coffee / soft drinks & snacks, then pick up our room key when ready directly without going back down where they may have been a queue since it is a large hotel.
Highly recommend access to Exec Lounge. Breakfast is VERY good. They cook you fresh eggs.... omelettes are cooked to perfection and have a daily special. Good choice buffet. Views are fabulous and finally (our second trip to Japan), we saw Mount Fuji.... a real plus!. Also the cocktail hour 5.30-7.30pm is very generous and good quality. With access to Exec Lounge you do not feel you are in such a huge hotel... which is what we loved.
We found staff to be courteous, efficient and friendly throughout the hotel, from check-in, checkout and in the Exec Lounge - make sure you chat with Waki (Guest Relations Ambassador).... he will sort your Tokyo visit... charming and knowledgeable.
We ate in the Chinese Restaurant (excellent quality cuisine, sensibly priced.... though the furniture could do with a re-furb), the 'pub' (very good club sandwich) and the Zatta bar lounge (excellent Mojitos).
The hotel is very well located. I was very pleased with my choice and the Hilton surpassed my expectations.
Pros:
Breakfast plentiful, lots of western/American options
Location: Not far from Shinjuku station but also had a free shuttle which was awesome. Also loves that the Airport limousine bus stopped right at the hotel, this made making my way from the airport to the hotel with a bunch of luggage a breeze.
Had a mini store on sight in the basement that was super convenient.
Room: Was a great size (although bathroom could of used a little more counter top space) plenty of room.
Cons: Only Tea water warmers for instant coffee in the room, I think this is a Japan thing but my hubby missed having an easy coffee maker.
No American restaurant on site. I wish since it was an American chain it has more American food options on site.
Enjoyed my stay, would stay again.
