The location, the very friendly and helpful staff, the in house dining facilities , the room size.
The lobby can get very busy at times .
Great location: feels quiet in an otherwise busy neighborhood. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING! The perfect way to fuel up for long travel days. Appreciated that they had a wide variety of food (from the East and the West). Also appreciated the Japanese robe provided in the room.
Zero complaints. I was concerned that the elevators would be slow, and they were fine!
Brekky was great. Location terrific. Free bus to Shinjuku station area was fabulous! Room bigger than normal. Staff helpful.
Furniture not the most comfortable.
空間、舒適度、服務人員,一切都很棒
雨天也不用淋雨去坐地鐵,因為酒店與地鐵是相通的,非常方便,酒店對面就是中央公園了,附近還有一間走路就到的24小時超市
This is a crowded noisy and impersonal property. The hotel caters to large business groups, travel groups and airline flight crews. If you happen to be a member of one the travel groups, they do not recognize your Hilton status. The hotel is surrounded by office towers and there is not of restaurants in the immediate area. There is a free shuttle that runs frequently during the day that takes you the train station and the busier areas. The rooms are clean, modern and not especially large. They are generally geared to short-term stays Rooms can be made up as late as 6:30 in the eve. Again, if you're part of a group, the hotel is very reluctant to make any individual accommodation. The elevators are not well designed. There are 6 elevators, each one serves all of the 38, or so floors Waits can be very long
Check in felt like tour bus stop.
Friendly and helpful.
Executive room is spacious enough. Bathroom is tiny.
The hotel is tired.
Very poor value for money in this area.
Everything, the room, the breakfast, the restaurants, the gym. All exceptional
The taxi stand
Our stay at the Hilton Tokyo was truly exceptional and deserving of a full 5-star rating.
From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless and efficient, making the entire experience stress-free.
The daily breakfast at the executive lounge was outstanding—high quality, well-curated, and a perfect way to start each day.
A very special thank you to Mr. Waki, whose warm hospitality and positive energy made a lasting impression on our stay. Seeing him each morning in the executive lounge was a highlight—he was attentive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our experience memorable. It was especially meaningful to see him again at checkout to personally say goodbye. We are leaving Tokyo with great energy thanks to him.
We will absolutely be staying here again on our next visit to Tokyo.
This is big and busy hotel, but manages to operate at great efficiency. The range and quality of food is excellent and the way the breakfast operation is executed is impressive.
In general the rooms are well appointed, although our room (21st. floor) for our first stay was excellent, our second stay (15th. floor) the room was tired and in need of refurbishment.
Pool and fitness facilities are great
Good location and staff
Clean and well run
Room was noisy from elevator and people upstairs stomping
